On the Title screen, press Select, A, Up, R Button, Up, Select. If done
correctly, you'll hear a "ding." Then, before the Player Select screen,
hold Select and R Button for Neo Geeguse, or hold Select and L Button 
for Dio. Press Start to begin the game.
