Stage select
Set up your select screen with the following, Lives to 7, Continues to 
4, Arthurs to 2, and sound to Teleport. When everything is set, press 
Start. When the game has started, press Start to pause. Finally, 
press Select while the game is paused and you'll have a stage select.
