Boss Endurancs Mode
To fight just the bosses, do the following during the Taito screen. 
Press Down, X, Up, B, L, R, Left, and A on Controller 2. There'll 
be a bell if you enter the code correctly. Begin the game, and the 
screen will display "WOW! You Discovered the Boss Endurancs Mode!"
