Here are the pitches from a right-handers point of view. Always hold the last
button shown: U= Up D= Down R= Right L= Left B= B button on controller
High fastball - U, B, U
Low fastball (One of the best pitches) - D, B, U
Straight fastball - B, U
High change (I recommend against this pitch) - U, B, D
Low change - D, B, D
Straight change - B, D
Don't use the below pitches with a stamina of under 80.
Splitter - R, B, U + L
Slider - R, B, L
Curve - R, B, D + L
(Screwballs work with about half of the pitchers. The sharpness of
break varies. Hunt from L.A. and Anders from Seattle are the
best screwballers.)
Hard screwball - L, B, U + R
Screwball - L, B, R
Slow screwball - L, B, D + R
See a ball hit during credits and move the ball
Hold the L or R Button and press Reset. When the credits begin, you
hear the sound of a baseball being hit, and then you actually see the
ball flying toward you. At this point, you can use the Control Pad to
alter the ball's course.
