Press in sequence, light punch, light kick, medium punch, medium kick,
hard punch, hard kick, then forward. You must be maxed out (level 3). It
doesn't matter where you are in the screen, just as long as you aren't
real far away from the guy. Akuma pretty much does this little power-up
thing then he floats towards the unexpecting fool, grabs him, the screen
turns white, you hear and see only hits, its an automatic 15 hit combo
that takes off a lot of energy from the other guy! Then this Huge Symbol
(the one on the back of his suit) appears on the screen and you see
Akuma standing back turned facing the opponent and the other guy
knocked on the floor. If my motion doesn't work... just try hitting all the
buttons really fast in any order starting with the weak punch button first.
Dan's Super Taunt

I'm not sure if you have to have a maxed out level thingy (level 3) but
if you know how to do a super Hadoken, you can do this trick just as
easy. Its basically that except with the select button If you don't
know a super Hadoken here's the motion. The motion for the super taunt
is Down to Forward, Down to Forward, Select. Try this in versus with a
friend that doesn't mind being taunted Let Dan do out the move because
you can get ripped up if you do this in the heat of an actual battle.
Shin Akuma

To fight Shin Akuma, use either the regular color (select someone
with any punch) or the color when you select them with two punches.
(You can not use the kick or two kick colors) Fight through, getting
5 or more Super Combo or Custom Combo finishes so you fight your
midboss. You must also get three Perfects before reaching your final
boss. If you do all that, you fight him. To make it easier to do, go into
Options, and set the match rounds to five (you need three finishes to
win a match, so if you use this to follow the code, you should fight
your midboss by your third fight) so you have more chances to get
the 5 SC/CC finishes and 3 Perfects. (If you fight Zangief, it's rather
easy to get 3 SC/CC finishes AND the 3 Perfects right there!)
Alpha Counter

To Alpha Counter, you need at least a level on the meter. When you
block an attack, motion back, down-back, down, and either punch or
kick. ACs are pretty useless, however...
Roll after a knockdown

To roll after a knockdown, or even to flip upright if you've been hit
out of the air, do the AC motion with punch.
Taunt

To taunt, press Select. Dan can taunt infinitely, and he gains SC
meter energy when he does.
CCs

When trying to build up SC energy, moves like the Dragon Punch,
Somersault Shell, Chun Li's Tenshoukyaku, Rose's JAB Soul Reflect
(1/2 a Level per shot absorbed!), and mainly any other move of a DP
nature yield the most energy. (Chun's Level 3 Roundhouse Lightning
Leg CC and Gen's Fierce 100 handslap CC, however, can boost your
opponents super meter almost to Level 3 (all the way if he or she
has even a little energy on his/her super meter!), so, be cautious of
when you use those particular CCs...)
Shin-Akuma tip

You have probably heard of Shin-Akuma by now. Well I have just found out that
while playing this game that Shin-Akuma gets easier as you put the higher level
on. If it is on level ***** it is much easier than if it were on level *.
See a different winning pose

After knocking down your opponent after winning the match,
Hold start and select and any other button. Depending on the
button you hold, you will see a different winning pose.
Play in Australia
To play in Australia, go to Versus mode. When you arrive
at the stage select screen, pick Bison's stage, hold Start for
five seconds, then press any button.
Select your winning pose
To select your winning pose, hold Start + Select plus any
other button after defeating your opponent.
Play as Chun-Li in her original outfit
At the player select screen, highlight Chun-Li and hold Select for
five seconds. Then press any button. You'll play as Chun-Li in her
original outfit.
Hidden backrounds
Go into Vs Mode, and choose your fighters. When selecting your
stage, highlight Sagat or M. Bison, hold Start, and press any button.
You'll go into one of two hidden backrounds.
Wear an outfit of a hidden color
Start a game in the Versus mode and when selecting your character,
simultaneously press X, Y, A, and B. Your fighter will be wearing
an outfit of a hidden color.
Moves

Most of the moves go through blocks but others don't.
Ryu, Akuma, and Gen (in his double kick button style): They do a
downward punch when you hit Forward + X.
Guy: He does an elbow thrust at him when you hit Forward + X also he has
a double sweep kick when you just hit A and no direction... also in the air
press Down + X does an elbow drop (a good combo I like is jump at them,
elbow drop, duck and hit X, then do the double sweep thing, usually they
don't know what hit them if you do it fast enough).
Zangief: Does a bellyflop when u are in the air press and hold Down +
Fierce till you reach the ground.
Rolento: Does a spinny spin with the stick when u duck and hit X... also
works when you are in the air down and X (this is a real easy way to
get a 3-hit combo).
Chun Li: The all too famous Toe-Tap in the air press Down + A over
the head of the opponent
Charlie: Does a weird kick when u press Forward + A There are probably
many many more out there but i just don't remember them at the time.
Adon
JAGUAR KICK - Adon will flip toward his opponent and do a kick. -
Roll Down, Down-forward, Forward, in one continuous motion, then
press any kick button.
RISING JAGUAR - Adon will jump into the air with his knee. -
Forward, Down, Forward, in one continuous motion, then press any
kick button.
JAGUAR TOOTH - Adon will jump off the wall, then fly toward his
opponent with a kick. - Roll Forward, Down-forward, Down,
Down-back, Back in one continuous motion, then press any kick
button.
Akuma
FIREBALL - Akuma shoots a blue fireball from his hands. - Roll
Down, Down-Forward, Forward, in one continuous motion, then press
any punch button.
DRAGON PUNCH - Akuma flies into the air with a punch. - Forward,
Down, Forward, in one continuous motion, then press any punch
button.
HURRICANE KICK - Akuma spins at the opponent with a barrage of
kicks. - Roll Down, Down-back, Back, in one continuous motion,
then press any kick button.
ROLLING SLIDE KICK - Akuma jumps into the air, then slides at his
opponents feet. - Roll Down, Down-Forward, Forward, Up-forward,
Up, in one continuous motion, then press any punch button.
SUPER FIREBALL - Akuma shoots a red fireball from his hands. This
fireball is twice as strong as normal. - Roll Forward,
Down-forward, Down, Down-back, Back, in one continuous motion,
then press any punch button.
AIR FIREBALL - Akuma shoots a blue fireball, while in the air. -
Jump into the air, roll Down, Down-Forward, Forward, in one
continuous motion, then press any punch button.
TELEPORT (away) - Akuma teleports away from his opponent. - Back,
Down, Back, in one continuous motion, then press any two kick
buttons.
TELEPORT (forward) - Akuma teleports toward his opponent. -
Forward, Down, Forward, in one continuous motion, then press any
two punch buttons.
UNIQUE MOVE - Akuma rolls toward his opponent. - Roll Down,
Down-back, Back, in one continuous motion, then press any punch
button.
Birdie
BULLHEAD - Birdie charges at his opponent, then head butts
them. - Hold Back for about two seconds, then press Forward with
any punch button.
BULLHORN - Birdie ducks down, then brings his head up and hits
the opponents with a spike. - Hold any two or three punch or kick
buttons for about two seconds, then release.
CHOKE CHAIN - Birdie grabs the opponent with his chain and flings
them around. - Roll the Control Pad in a full circle, then press
any punch button.
BANDIT CHAIN - Birdie grabs his opponent and slams them to the
ground four times. - Roll the Control Pad in a full circle, then
press any kick button.
Charlie
SONIC BOOM - Charlie throws a yellow projectile at his opponent.
- Hold away from the opponent for about two seconds, then press
Forward and any punch button.
FLASH KICK - Charlie jumps into the air with a flip kick. - Hold
Down for about two seconds, then press Up and any kick button.
Chun-Li
LIGHTNING KICK - Chun-Li will do a barrage of kicks. - Rapidly
press any kick button
SPINNING AIR KICK - Chun-Li spins into the air with a kick. -
Hold Down for about two seconds, then press Up and any kick button.
FIREBALL - Chun-Li shoots a blue fireball at her opponent. - Roll
Back, Down-back, Down, Down-forward, Forward, in one continuous
motion, then press any punch button.
AXE KICK - Chun-Li does a handstand, then flips over and kicks
her opponent. - Roll Back, Down-back, Down, Down-forward, Forward,
in one continuous motion, then press any kick button.
Dan
FIREBALL - Dan shoots a blue fireball from his hands. - Roll
Down, Down-Forward, Forward, in one continuous motion, then press
any punch button.
DRAGON PUNCH - Dan flies up into the air with a punch. - Forward,
Down, Forward, in one continuous motion, then press any punch
button. - NOTE: If you see a white flash when you perform this
move, it means you did the move perfectly. This is called Dan's
"Perfect Dragon Punch."
FLYING KICK - Dan flies at his opponent with a straight kick. -
Roll Down, Down-back, Back, in one continuous motion, then press
any kick button. Unique Moves:
FORWARD ROLL TAUNT - Dan rolls towards his opponent and taunts
them. - Roll Down, Down-Forward, Forward, in one continuous
motion, then press select.
BACKWARD ROLL TAUNT - Dan rolls away from the opponent and taunts
them. - Roll Down, Down-back, Back, in one continuous motion,
then press select.
Dhalsim
YOGA FIRE - Dhalsim shoots a small fireball at his opponent. -
Roll Down, Down-forward, Forward, in one continuous motion, then
press any punch button.
YOGA FLAME - Dhalsim shoots flames from his mouth. - Roll Forward,
Down-forward, Down, Down-back, Back, in one continuous motion,
then press any punch button.
YOGA BLAST - Dhalsim shoots flames from his mouth into the air. -
Roll Forward, Down-forward, Down, Down-back, Back, in one
continuous motion, then press any kick button.
YOGA TELEPORT - Dhalsim teleports from one side of the screen to
the other. - Roll Forward, Down, Forward, in one continuous
motion, then press any two kick or punch buttons.
Gen
LIGHTNING PUNCH - Gen attacks his opponent with a barrage of
punches. - Rapidly press any punch button.
DRAGON KICK - Gen jumps into the air with a kick. - Forward,
Down, Forward, in one continuous motion, then press any kick button.
ROLLING PUNCH - Gen rolls along the ground, then hits the
opponent with a low punch. - Hold away from the opponent for about
two seconds, then press Forward and any punch button.
WALL KICK - Gen jumps off of the wall, then flies at his opponent
with a kick. - Hold Down for about two seconds, then press Up and
any kick button.
Guy
AIR SUPLEX - Guy jumps into the air, rolls forward, then grabs
his opponent and slams them to the ground. - Roll Down,
Down-forward, Forward, in one continuous motion, then press any
punch button. When you get close to the opponent press punch again.
WHIRLWIND KICK - Guy jumps in the air and spins towards his
opponent with a kick. - Roll Down, Down-back, Back, in one
continuous motion, then press any kick button.
DASHING CRESCENT - Guy dashes at his opponent, then does a
sliding kick. - Roll Down, Down-forward, Forward, in one
continuous motion, then press any kick button. When you get close
to the opponent press kick again.
ROLLING PUNCH - Guy rolls across the ground, then hits his
opponent with a low punch. - Roll Down, Down-back, Back, in one
continuous motion, then press any punch button.
Katana
JIGOKU SCRAPE - Katana dashes at his opponent and slices them
with his knives. - Roll Down, Down-Forward, Forward, in one
continuous motion, then press any punch button.
BUTSU-METSU BUSTER - Katana grabs his opponent, picks them up and
slams them to the ground. - Roll the Control Pad in a full circle,
then press any punch button.
DAIKYO BURNING - Katana grabs his opponent and pushes the along
the ground, face first. - Roll the Control Pad in a full circle,
then press any kick button.
SHIRA-HA CATCH - Katana grabs his opponent out of the air and
flips them over his shoulder. - Forward, Down, Forward, in one
continuous motion, then press any kick button. NOTE: This move
will only work if your opponent is attacking you from the air.
It takes perfect timing!
Ken
FIREBALL - Ken shoots a blue or red fireball from his hands. -
Roll Down, Down-forward, Forward, in one continuous motion, then
press any punch button.
DRAGON PUNCH - Ken flies up into the air with a punch. - Forward,
Down, Forward, in one continuous motion, then press any punch button.
HURRICANE KICK - Ken jumps in the air and spins towards his
opponent with a kick. - Roll Down, Down-back, Back, in one
continuous motion, then press any kick button.
FAKE FIREBALL - Ken will do the fireball motion, but won't throw
anything. - Press Forward and Medium Kick at the same time.
FORWARD ROLL - Ken rolls toward his opponent. - Roll Down,
Down-back, Back, in one continuous motion, then press any punch
button.
M. Bison
PSYCHO SHOT - M. Bison shoots a purple fireball at the opponent.
- Hold away from the opponent for about two seconds, then press
Forward and any punch button.
DOUBLE KNEE PRESS - M. Bison flips at his opponent and kicks
them. - Hold away from the opponent for about two seconds, then
press Forward and any kick button.
HEAD PRESS - M. Bison jumps in the air and stomps on the
opponents head. - Hold Down for about two seconds, then press Up
and any kick button.
SOMERSAULT DRIVER - M. Bison jumps in the air and dives at the
opponent head first. His fists glow. - Hold Down for about two
seconds, then press Up and any punch button. When he starts to
dive press punch again.
BISON WARP (forward) - M. Bison teleports toward the opponent.
- Forward, Down, Forward, in one continuous motion, then press
any two punch buttons.
BISON WARP (away) - M. Bison teleports away from the opponent.
- Forward, Down, Forward, in one continuous motion, then press
any two kick buttons.
Rolento
PATRIOT CIRCLE - Rolento spins his stick at the opponent. - Roll
Down, Down-forward, Forward, in one continuous motion, then press
any punch button.
STINGER - Rolento jumps into the air and throws a knife at the
opponent. - Forward, Down, Forward, in one continuous motion,
then press any kick button. When you are in the air, press kick
again.
MEKON DELTA ATTACK - Rolento jumps away from his opponent, then
rolls back towards them along the ground and hits them. - Press
any two punch buttons simultaneously, then any punch again.
MEKON DELTA AIR RAID - Rolento jumps away from his opponent, then
rolls back towards them and hits them with his stick. - Roll
Down, Down-back, Back, in one continuous motion, then press any
punch button. Before he finishes his roll, press any punch again.
MEKON DELTA ESCAPE - Rolento jumps off of the wall, then flies at
his opponent with a kick. - Roll Down, Down-back, Back, in one
continuous motion, then press any kick button. Just before he
gets to the opponent, press punch or kick again. Unique Moves:
HIGH JUMP - Rolento jumps over his opponents head. - Quickly

SOUL THROW - Rose flies into the air with a super punch. -
