Press Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, A, B, Start at the
title screen and you will have ten star turbo. (You will here a tone if
you do it correctly.)

Use this trick to see one of the best endings the easy way.
Enable the Harder Game mode, then set Difficulty to One
Star and beat the game.
Raise the Turbo speed up as high as ten stars
Turn on the game and wait for the screen that shows the
Street Fighter 2 logo in the background against a black
screen. When this appears, quickly press Down, R, Up,
L, Y, B on Controller Two. You must complete this code
as the second screen showing the giant Turbo logo appears.
You'll hear a chime if the code worked. At the Title Screen,
you'll have the option of raising the Turbo speed up as high
as ten stars!
New subscreen
Select VS. Mode in either edition. After each player has selected
a fighter, you will see the Difficulty/Stage Select screen. On
Controller 2, press Down, R Button, Up, L Button, Y and B. If
you have entered the code correctly, you will hear a tone and
see a new subscreen appear.
No special moves
After the "Licensed by Nintendo" logo fades away, and just as you
hear the music begin, press Down, R Button, Up, L Button, Y and B.
It is important to finish the code before the "Capcom" logo fades.
If you have entered the code correctly, you will hear a tone. This lets
you play through the game with out any of your special moves. You will
only be able to punch, kick, and jump. This will not work for VS. mode,
but it does work for both the Turbo and Normal (Championship) editions.
Easy game
When the Capcom logo appears press Down, R, Up, L, Y, and B.
Set the difficulty to one star then play to the end of the game
and its really easy.
