for 3 seconds each, then press all 3 "punch" buttons &"Start".

or an attack button untill the uniform changes color.
Powered version of each character

To have a powered version of each character, you must follow these
separate character codes: rapidly press "jab", L, R, for Ryu, Ken, Fei
Long, Vega, T.Hawk, Zangief, Blanka, and (I believe) Akuma.
Rapidly press "jap", Up, Down, untill the plane flies next to the
battle and Round for M.Bison, Sagat, Dhalsim, Chun-Li, Cammy, E.Honda,
Dee Jay, and Guile.
