Graphics: Graphics are really good; a lot like the cartoon. Though that
isn't saying much, it's really cool just how good they got it down.
Sound: Music sets the mood really well. Also, some of it is out of the
cartoon, same with the sound effects. Another high point in this game.
Gameplay: The gameplay is original and one of the few mystery games
made for the SNES. You play as Shaggy and Scooby and must gather clues
and stuff to catch a villain. It's actually pretty fun, but not really
challenging. You have a spook meter on the screen, and every time
something scares you, it diminishes.
Hardness factor: This game seems to be targeted to a younger audience
(even if most of the people who watched Scooby Doo are now in their
30s or 40s) and it shows. The game isn't much harder than having to
dodge bats flying around, so it won't take you very long to beat a level.
Overall: 6 out of 10. An okay game, definitely get it if you're a fan of
the cartoon series. While they could have added more story and made
it a bit more interactive, it's still a pretty good game.
