Graphics: The graphics are okay. They are the worst graphics for a Mega
Man game on the SNES, but they aren't incredibly horrible. There are no
special effects and everything looks pretty plain however.
Sound: Sound is a bit annoying at times. It just doesn't seem quite up to
par with the rest of the series. I'll usually listen to something else
while playing this game.
Gameplay: Soccer. With Mega Man. I read somewhere that this game wasn't
fully completed before they shipped it out, and frankly, I wouldn't be
surprised if it was true. The whole game just seems to be lacking that
Mega Man spirit and flare. Controls and movements of characters are
also pretty bad. Probably one of the worst Mega Man games released
(with exception to maybe the Mega Man board game released on the
Japanese Famicom and maybe 1 or 2 others).
Hardness factor: Controls are a big hassle, yet it's not to the point
of hardness where you can't beat the game. It just seems that way.
Dynamics are a bit off for this game to be of much fun.
Overall: 4 out of 10. A bad Mega Man game that has a lot of bad aspects.
In a popular series, there's usually a game that they mess up on. In
Capcom's case, it's Mega Man Soccer.
