Overall: 7 out of 10
Graphics: Graphics are actually pretty good. A bit blocky, but there's a
fair amount of detail and each stage looks different than the last. They
look a lot like the cartoons and it was done well (you even get to see
Dr. Claw's face in the game).
Sound: Sound was a disappointment. For those of you that have seen the
cartoon, there aren't any songs from it in here. It's kind of too bad.
Anyway, the songs all sound pretty quickly made, but is very cartoony
at least.
Gameplay: A pretty cool sidescroller. You play as Inspector gadget and
can use your various gadgets to get to the end of a level and beat Dr. Claw.
The only bad part about it was that your gadgets are so limited. Controls
are very good and animation for this game is fluid. Also, the ending really stinks.
Hardness factor: Isn't hard and was released to a younger audience (probably
because the cartoon was being re-shown on Nickelodeon) Even the bosses
are easy, though you have to be quick in order to dodge out of the way of
some things.
Overall: 7 out of 10. Good graphics, poor sound, and interesting Gameplay.
You'll probably like this game if you're interested in sidescrollers (or
Inspector Gadget) Go, Go, Gadget:)
