Pokemon Stadium

Pokemon Stadium is a game of chance and skill. With a Pokemon Lab,
Stadium, Gym Leader Castle, Mini Games and 1-4 Player Battle Modes.
Pokemon Lab: The Pokemon Lab is a great thing to have. First off if you've
got that Level 100 Mew that you won and want to start your game over
what do you do usually if you only have one Game Boy you trade it to a
friend. To keep until you restart your game. But then you end up losing
it cause your friend keeps it. No more with the Pokemon Lab you just
trade that Level 100 Mew onto the N64 and restart you game and there
you go your Mew at the beginning.
Gym Leader Castle: Finally you get to battle them again then at the end
you battle the Elite 4 Gary and then Mewtwo. Sweet you finally have a
challenge against those puny Gym Leaders.
Mini Games: These are some great games to play when your against
someone who just plain sucks on battle mode. Plus these games are
really fun.
1-4 Player Modes: This is for when all your friends bring their
controllers pop em in and no more fighting over who gets to play
who 2-on-2 team battles. Boo Yah
Graphics: 9 out of 10
Man look at those Pokemon awesome looks. Come on sweet colors
and motions. No more Pokemon standing still while the stuff flys
around. The one reason I gave it a 9 was because I wish there was
contact on the physical attacks. I mean come on I have a Playstation
game that has contact.
Music and Sound: 6 out of 10
"And there goes the battle" I hate that announcer, that's why it got a 6.
But other than that freak, the sound and music isn't the kind that gets
on your nerves and makes you wanna scream.
Game Challenge: 8 out of 10
It gets an 8 because of the chance in the game like whether it's gonna
be a critical hit or if it's even gonna hit and stuff like that it does take
skill in the way of choosing the right move for the job but other than
that it's almost all chance.
Game Play-Fun: 7 out of 10
It's fun until the frustration factor comes in to the arena. Other than
that it is a pretty fun game the mini games are what saved it from
a 5 out of 10.
Frustration
A LOT A LOT A LOT. Mostly when your confused and your Pokemon keeps
attacking itself and your opponent gets confused and attacks you. When
your Pokemon won't wake up come on you cannot tell me that's fixed.
Makes you just wanna put your self in the loony bin.
Replayability: 2 out of 10
The only way it really has replay is with your Pokemon from the Game Boy
game otherwise the replay sucks. Because a lot of the time if you use the
same moves you can usually just sit back and relax. So the replay is
not the greatest.
Game Value: 7 out of 10
It's worth the price and it's not worth the price because it's mostly a
one time beat the game no fun no more type of game. I say buy the game
when it's really cheap. Because I bought it when it cost the whole
$70.00 and I wish I would have waited now.
Overall: 5 out of 10
The game overall is a fun game but not fun at the same time I mean
frustration gets on your nerves horribly. So it gets a 5 out of 10
overall final grade rating.
