Pokemon Snap

Welcome to Pokemon Island!! this is where Prof. Oak has been
doing research on Pokemon, and now he needs your help to
complete his Pokemon Report! Are you up to the challenge?
You better be or else Prof. Oak will have one sorry looking
Pokemon Report. And you don't want that do you? Anyway
on we go!
Graphics 9 out of 10
The graphics in this game are almost the best I have seen for
an Nintendo 64 game yet! Most of the graphics are great. One
of the not so great things about it are for example: Pikachus
thunder shock. Pikachus thunder shock looks so dumb, I mean
you think Nintendo could make some better effects than that!
other than things like that they are pretty good!
Music and Sound 7 out of 10
The only reason I gave this a 7 out of 10 is because of the sound.
There is not much music. There is music but it is either to quiet
or is just plain dumb! Now the sounds on the other hand, are
pretty good. Most of the Pokemon say their names or at least
part of their names. Like Pikachu says his name, or when he
gets hit by something he cries "Piikaa Piikaa" The sounds on this
game are really good, but like I said, the music is either to quiet
or just plain stupid, Hey, this is just my opinion, you might like it
for some reason.
Game Challenge 3 out of 10
This however is by far the easiest game I have ever played on
any system. There is not much to explain here, the challenge
is too easy! the only hard part was getting good size on some
Pokemon, and that about it. The other hard part was finding some
Pokemon, like Gyarados. was about the hardest to find. Mew
which is said to be the hardest was too easy. Heck, I beat
Nintendo Powers score of 9900 points for Mew, It took awhile
but I finally got it. 9920 I beat this game in 3, that's right 3 hours.
Game Play-Fun 10 out of 10
Even though this game was easy it is still fun to play! going
back through and trying to get better scores, I think its fun.
Theres not really much to say here Just going back and taking
pictures again and again. I've played this game almost non-stop
for about three days, since I got it.
Rumble Pak 8 out of 10
This game does not support the rumble pak feature. There would
be no use for it. The game play is simple. Use the stick to look
around. The C buttons rotate 90 degrees. The Z button zooms,
of course. The A button shoots (pictures) if your zooming, if
your not zooming it throws Pokemon food (if you have it). B
throws pester balls (if you have them)
Frustration
Just about the only frustration in this game is Prof. Oak. You might
thing you have the greatest picture in the world , but then he says
it no good. That alone make you want to quit! Other thing that may
frustrate you are, finding Pokemon and getting good pictures. That
about it. Not much frustration here!
Replayability 10 out of 10
The Replay value of this game is great! just going back and
getting better and better pictures. Personally I like to beat
Nintendo Powers' Scores. You can torture the Pokemon by
throwing pester balls at them. Personally I like to beat
Nintendo Powers' scores!
Game Value 9 out of 10
If you like to take pictures, this is defiantly the game for you.
I played Pilotwings 64 just to take the pictures. I think this
game is worth every cent payed for it! Some of you might not
think so, but I do! And that's about all here.
Playing the Game 7 out of 10
The reason I gave this Category a 7, is because you can just
sit for hours playing and playing, nothing gets done. and before
you know it the whole day is gone. I don't know why I even made
this. I just thought you should know.
Overall 9 out of 10
Thank you for visiting the Island of Pokemon! We hope to be
getting your Pictures soon! Overall this game is great!! I mean
great!!! This is about the best game (so far) I have ever played.
