Overall factor: 4 out of 10
Graphics: The graphics for this game are pretty good. It's in a 3rd-person
perspective and you see an outline of duke ahead of you. Graphics fit the
themes, though the characters look blocky.
Sound: The sound is blah, the music, unfortunately, isn't good at all and
although duke says some catch phrases, it doesn't make up for it at all.
Sound affects are pretty basic and there should have been more work
put into it.
Gameplay: A different type of shooter in that it's in 3rd person perspective
and aiming is pretty much automatic. What you mainly have to worry about
is wasting all of your ammo. There are quite a bit of weapons to help you
(though not nearly in enough places) and they are original. The game isn't
that fun though, just hard. Duke can run around and jump and his movements
are pretty jerky. The camera is also jerky and you never quite get it how
you want it.
Hardness factor: Pretty hard, based on your inability to move correctly.
Just like in it's predecessor, you go around a level and try to get to the
end while battling off enemies and picking up weapons. Enemies can get
really hard, but the traps are pretty easy to get through.
Overall: 4 out of 10, hard droll game whose only high points are its graphics.
Camera angles really hinder the game. Same with your movements being jerky.
