Chameleon Twist 2 is a sequel to the first game (of course) and is
much better. The graphics are much better than the first one (you
now look more like a chameleon than a blob) but the camera angles
and bright poor graphics make the game get pretty hard. Also, unlike
the first, you cannot control the computer, and that gets old real fast.
It's still fun besides it's little problems, but sometimes you need a lot
of patience since you may keep falling down holes.
The game is only hard because of the pits, but besides that it's pretty
much a breeze. You swallow enemies and spit them out, you can jump
and glide, and you can swing around on pegs with your tongue. The unique
and fun controls are what make this game good. The sound is pretty blah.
There's nothing great about it and you won't remember any songs from it.
The sound affects are about as good as the sound and they really should
have spent some time on it. One of the best things about this game are
the boss battles. You have to do various things to harm bosses and it adds
to this game. This isn't really a game you should go out and buy, if you
find a place that rents out N64 games and don't want to be bored for an
afternoon or two, then you should rent this game.
