If you have a big family, or a lot of friends, or if you just like multi-player games,
you'll love Spot. Our little red playful 7-up circle gets off his bottle and into his
very puzzle/strategy game, where you must: A) fill up the game board with more of
your colored spots than your opponents (1st yellow, 2nd blue, 3rd red, and 4th player
green) or... B) eliminate all of the other players colored dots so that only your color
are shown. Sounds confusing? Not really. The game is fun, even if you are an only
child, because it is also a game of skill against the computer. This game can, and is,
fun to play, alone or not.
Graphics 6 out of 10
The graphics are decent, considering the fact that all you're looking at is a square
with circles that can be filled up with different colors. Spot will jump out of a
colored circle and will moonwalk, jump, or even pole vault to another circle. Not
really a whole lot to look at, except Spot dance around the screen.
Music and Sound 8 out of 10
The music is good, but the only music made is when spot moves to another circle.
The Sound's not bad either. When spot shrinks back into the circle, a suck sounds
made, you know, like those minor sounds that are usually heard on a bugs bunny cartoon.
And some of the music is catchy, while the rest is downright annoying!
Game Challenge 5 out of 10
If you keep the difficulty on normal, it is extremely easy. You rarely ever lose, that's
why you pump up the difficulty or play against a friend. This game will be easy, if
you're playing against 1 computer opponent or the other three.
Game Play-Fun 9 out of 10
This game is also very fun. with spot doing things like roller skating, doing
cartwheels, or even diving to the next circle, he can also be your victory ticket to
gloat in your friends faces after you win. It's also pretty fun to watch all 4 computer
players beat the crap out of each other (WARNING: this could take from 10-60
minutes, depending on the design of the board.)
Replayability 99 out of 100
The Replayability was excellent for this game. you could play it once, or a hundred times,
this game is hard to get tired of. Try it against the computer, try it against your friends,
because this game is fun, no matter what you pick.
Game Value 5 out of 10
It's only worth the price if you like puzzle games or strategy games. If you like RPG's,
like myself, you may not like it as much. If you like fighting games, like i do (a little
bit), you may not like it at all. It all depends on what you like or do not like.
Overall 7 out of 10
In conclusion, this game is only fun if you like a certain type of game, such as strategy,
and not fighting. but if you like multi-player games, you will like this title.
