Overall: 6 out of 10
Graphics: The graphics are pretty good in this game. It's definitely
targeted towards a younger audience, and the graphics reflect this.
The color scheme is pretty light, but it does get repetitive level
after level. Still, very nice.
Sound: The music in this game is okay. There really isn't a lot of
originality in the songs, but they are pleasing to the ears. The quality
should have been upgraded, but it's still pretty good compared to a
lot of games.
Gameplay: This game was very interesting. It's a sidescroller with
kind of a kiddy image. You play as a Cat and you make your way to
the end of a level until you get to the final boss at the end of the
game. Anyway, your main choice of weapon is the boxing glove. With
this glove you can swing around on ledges, hurt enemies, and also
propel yourself a little bit if you hit an object close to you. Also,
if you get sick of your weapon and have enough money, you can go
buy some different item, like bombs and upgrades for your boxing
gloves. This game was pretty fun, even if it is a little short. The
controls were pretty good and the dynamics were right on. You'll probably
enjoy this game if you play it.
Hardness factor: This game was pretty average. You don't get any
freedom after you launch off after you grab onto something so sometimes
you might fly into a pit. You usually have enough extra guys though.
Overall: 6 out of 10. This game was fun and I really enjoyed playing it.
It was just a different type of sidescroller. If you liked this game,
you'll probably like Bionic Commando.
