Graphics: Rambo's graphics are pretty poor. Everything is pretty undetailed
and there are usually only one or two colors in everything. Enemies are
pretty poor looking too. I didn't know Rambo had to beat butterflies and
snakes in the movie.
Sound: The music is also pretty poor. The music is definitely poor quality
and most of the music is pretty sad. It's just too annoying in this game.
Sound effects really aren't any better.
Gameplay: This game is an RPG-sidescroller, just like Links Adventure
(Zelda 2). You get different weapons and also you get experience by
defeating enemies. With the experience, you upgrade your strength and
everything else about you. There are many different missions in the
game, but a lot of them involve running through a maze, which gets
really annoying. There isn't a lot of depth to this game, and the dynamics
and controls are horrible. Sometimes if you hit an enemy, it won't connect,
which is frustrating. It's kind of boring too.
Hardness factor: This game is pretty hard. There are a lot of mazes in
this game and like I stated above, the controls really aren't the best.
Bosses are especially hard in this game.
Overall: 3 out of 10. This game was pretty bad. While it is an RPG-sidescroller
like Links Adventure was, it just isn't the same. There wasn't a lot about
this game that I enjoyed. However, it's pretty good for a game based after a movie.
