Gameplay: 3 out of 10

Overall: 3 out of 10
Graphics: The graphics are really bad in this game. This whole game is
obviously a rip off of Goemon (which was very popular in Japan when it
first came out). The main character looks a bit like Goemon, the enemies
are all Japanese looking, except that the graphical quality isn't anywhere
as good as Goemon's.
Sound: The music is pretty bad in this game too. The quality is of course
low, and the songs are just unoriginal. Sound effects seemed to be used
over and over again. There should have been some originality between
levels, but there wasn't.
Gameplay: This game is just a rip-off of Goemon, but they made it a
sidescroller. You travel around ancient Japan and are supposed to get
to the end of a level. Of course, there are bosses every once in a while.
There really wasn't anything in this game that hasn't been in games before.
All you can do is jump and throw stars. Also, just to make this game even
worse, you only get one hit before you die. Just to add to the fun, the
controls are really bad. This game, made by Bandai, isn't at the top of
my list in terms of gameplay.
Hardness factor: This game was pretty hard. The controls are really
bad for a sidescroller since they are extremely unreactive. The one hit
and you die factor really increases how hard this game is.
Overall: 2.5 out of 10. I really didn't like this game. Not a lot of work
went into making it and it just seemed like a hassle to play it. I actually
hated this game, but I wasn't surprised since Bandai made it.
