Overall: 5 out of 10
Graphics: The graphics are just a tiny bit better than normal NES
games. Most of the characters look pretty blanked face, and the
only thing different between you and the other team is you have a
shirt, but the color scheme is right on and the background is pretty
good too.
Sound: Music definitely needed to be updated in this game. While it's
obviously they are doing a Skate or Die thing here, it just doesn't
work that well. They should have added some more sound effects too.
Gameplay: Probably the best Volleyball game out there (though it might
be the only one I've played). Anyway, this game is relatively very simple.
First of all, you can choose different modes of play, tournament, single,
and a few more. In this game, you (and an AI controlled player) must
serve and then hit a ball over the net until the two computer controlled
players miss. You can hit the ball, set it, and by pressing both buttons,
spike it. The controls are pretty good for this game which is really cool.
Hardness factor: This game wasn't really that hard. Later in the tournament
it gets a little hard, but usually it's pretty easy. It is a little frustrating
when your computer controlled player messes up.
Overall: 5 out of 10. As far as Volleyball games go probably the best.
However, if you don't love volleyball, I wouldn't recommend this game.
Heck, even if you do love volleyball I wouldn't necessarily recommend
it since it gets dull.
