Gameplay: 6 out of 10
Hardness factor: 6 out of 10
Overall: 6 out of 10
Graphics: This game doesn't have the best graphics. The faraway top view
makes it so that you really can't see anybody's face. Also, the color scheme
is a little too bright and cartoony, especially in the cutscenes. However,
the graphical theme is very fitting for the game.
Sound: The music, just like the graphics, is a little on the plain side, but
very fitting. I liked the sound effects in this game, they all have a western
theme to it. The quality isn't that bad either.
Gameplay: An overhead viewed game. This game is basically a slow
overhead shoot 'em up, except for the screen scrolls a lot slower. Anyway,
you play as the sheriff of Hicksville and make your way up a level shooting
enemies to the upleft with the A button and to the upright with the B button
(unless I got it backwards). Anyway, you can also get different powerups for
your weapon (shotgun and a few others), bullets, guys, boots, and even a horse
so you can sustain more damage. This game is moderately fun but overall a
good play if you're bored. Controls are also pretty good except that you move
a bit too slowly.
Hardness factor: This game wasn't too hard. I made it to the third level
without getting hit and then I was on a horse. It gets progressively harder
after the second level though.
Overall: 6 out of 10. Not a bad game. If you're a fan of Shoot 'em ups, you
might want to try this game.
