Donkey Kong Jr. Math

Sound: 3 out of 10
Gameplay: 3 out of 10
Hardness factor: 2 out of 10
Overall: 4.5 out of 10
Graphics: The graphical design isn't anything special, but the graphic
quality is pretty high. That means they really didn't spend a lot in
development (not that they could or anything) but the quality is pretty clear.
Sound: There really isn't much music in this game. What is there is
very vacant so that you don't really notice it. Same for most of the
sound effects (with the exception of dying). I think that maybe this
was because you're supposed to be concentrating on solving the puzzles.
Gameplay: This is a two player educational game. If you've ever played
Donkey Kong Jr., then you already sort of know what this game is. If you
haven't, basically you play as Donkey Kong Jr. (and the other person plays
as Donkey Kong Jr. with a different shade) and you swing around on vines.
In DKJ you were supposed to unlock the cage where your father is. In DKJM
you are supposed to swing around to different numbers and arithmetic
symbols to get a number.
Hardness factor: This game really isn't hard normally, but it matters on
the skill of the person you are playing against.
Overall: 3 out of 10. This game really isn't too good. It isn't really fun
playing with someone else and it was probably just a ploy by Nintendo
to make a few more bucks. It might be good for a small kid learning mathematics.
