Graphics: The graphics are pretty cool. You usually don't see isometric
games on the NES (or SNES now that I think of it) but they pulled this off
pretty well. The color scheme is also pretty nice, kind of bright but overall
pretty well. Also, besides the people in this game, there's a nice amount of
detail in everything.
Sound: The sound could have been worked on a bit, as it is the worst part of
this game, but it's okay. Some songs set the mood of the game, but they
definitely should have worked a bit on the sound effects.
Gameplay: A really interesting racer type game. In Cobra Triangle, you pilot
a boat and must do specific jobs in order to beat a level, like transporting
mines from one play to another, and racing to a finish line in a certain amount
of time. The more I played this game, the more I played it and by the time I
quit this game there were still original missions. I don't think a level repeated
once for the first 5 levels or so. However, this type of game may not be
exciting to everyone.
Hardness factor: There were different missions in this game, some harder
than others. For example, killing a sea monster in one level was definitely
easier than trying to protect 10 men from about 50 or so boats. The controls
are pretty hard to get used to also.
Overall: 5.5 out of 10. Not a bad game, but after playing this game I realized
that not everyone would like this type of gameplay. It's hard, the controls
take a long time to get used to, and so on.
