Overall: 2.5 out of 10
Graphics: Very poor graphics, even for the NES. The boy's face is so long it
makes him look like an old man, and most of the graphics are more fit for
the Commodore 64 or Sinclair Spectrum. They are either dark colors, or
horrifyingly bright colors.
Sound: Music is pretty much absent in this game, but what is there is poor.
Once again, fit for the Commodore or Spectrum.
Gameplay: A lot of people like/liked this game (even a GBA version is
coming out), but I don't think I'll ever know why. You play as a boy, and
must feed your blob various jellybeans in order to get past a certain place.
While it sounds pretty cool, it isn't. You don't have infinity Jelly beans, so
once you run out, it's all over. Also, the boy is so unresponsive to the controls
and dies way to easy. The story line is also pretty dumb.
Hardness factor: Due to the controls and just how easy the boy dies, I'd have
to say the game is just a little more hard than an average game.
Overall: 2.5 out of 10. A very poor game that they shouldn't have released.
While the concept is pretty good, the game just stinks. Stay away.
