Graphics: The graphics are a lot like they were in the arcade, though I
think they should have upgraded them. Most things look like what they
represent and aren't confusing like the Atari version, which is a plus
over that.
Sound: There's only one song, but it's pretty good. You might want to turn
the sound off if you play this game for over an hour because it will get
on your nerves.
Gameplay: When arcades first became popular, there were a lot of games
that people spent hours playing at the arcades. Frogger was one of them
and for a good reason too. It's fun, simple, and just the game for hard-core
gamers who try to beat each other's high scores. Basically, you control a
frog and must make your way over a road, then over logs about four times
and then you go to a harder level with faster cars and logs. The levels repeat,
but it's still a pretty fun game and great on road trips.
Hardness factor: Not the hardest game ever made, but the levels progress quickly.
Overall: 5.5 out of 10. A really fun classic game and this was a very good
port. While it's not the same as playing it in the arcades, it's definitely
more convenient.
