Graphics: The graphics weren't all that great. Enemies all had a nice
amount of detail in them (for a Gameboy game) but most things just
looked cheap. Like, the Flash has a white line around him so he doesn't
blend in to the background.
Sound: The sound effects are nice, but the music is just a bit too bland
and the quality of the sound is a little on the poor side.
Gameplay: A pretty basic sidescroller-beat 'em up. You play as the Flash
(even though you're just as slow as everyone else is) and make your way
across a level by beating up guys and dodging pits. The only thing I thought
that was neat in this game, was that to hit you press either the kick or hit
button and then move the control pad up or down. This allows you to kick
fast and higher, which I thought was pretty interesting. However, this game
is just boring and gets old real quickly.
Hardness factor: There really wasn't anything in this game that I thought
was hard. Except maybe falling into pits that are everywhere. Enemies
were a breeze, luckily.
Overall: 4 out of 10. This game just didn't have any original aspects in
it, besides the way you fight. Besides, who really likes the Flash?
