Gameplay: 6.5 out of 10
Hardness factor: 6.5 out of 10
Overall: 5.5 out of 10
Graphics: The graphics aren't the best, but they fit the theme of the
game. The playing field is just a bunch of blocks, but the main character
looks pretty cool and the enemies are different and also fit the mood of
the game very well.
Sound: The music is okay. It doesn't really have a good beat, but at least
it sets the adventurous mood of this game. Sound effects are sparse
(getting hit and turning over blocks) but there really wasn't much
else they could do.
Gameplay: Another very simple puzzle game for the Gameboy, though this
one is actually pretty good. You are on a field of white blocks, and you
over turn them (or a bunch of them if you do it right) and try to fill the
whole field with the now gray blocks. That would be very easy, however,
enemies run around that turn the blocks around back to the white color.
What you have to do is time your block-switching right so that you can
stun the monsters in time to turn over the last remaining blocks. It's
actually a pretty good game.
Hardness factor: The game gets pretty hard, though nothing that can't
be taken care of with practice.
Overall: 5.5 out of 10. This game is pretty good. For a puzzle game,
very good. However, like most puzzle games for the Gameboy, it gets
boring after a while. You might want to borrow it from a friend or buy
it for cheap if you like how this game sounds.
