C0C2D6E9 This changes the color of the select screen to some interesting
neon colors that change each time you see the select screen.
C0C52301 Winner of 2nd round wins the battle
C0C6D6E9 This code always results in a draw game when the timer is still
on. When the timer is off, at the end of the first round the winner can still play,
but the other player is dead. This is an excellent code for those who still can't
get the hang of that DP.
C0C8448E Timer doesn't count down
C0C87500 Infinite time
C0CC2F01 After round says time, CPU never counts your score.
C0CC2FFF Everlasting winning or losing pose.
C0CC5FFF Almost perfect no stats or energy code. It hides in the background.
C0CC6FC6 Energy meter ALWAYS goes to the right when hit. It's also doubled.
C0CC7F01 Dots or lines under the energy bar. Names are gone or scrambled and
time is barely readible.

C183AF77 CPU is invisible
C183DF77 Missing text and cursor
C183FF77 Player Select screen is missing and you can't see the blows you
C1862FFF In round 2, Player 1 is invisible and makes Player 2 float by jumping
C1863FFF You are 2-5 inches right of your real position.
C1869FFF Near invisibility. Ken's head still visible
C186CFFF The back half of the fighters is visible the rest isn't
C186D011 Segmented while doing moves
C186D811 Only player on right is visible
C186DFBF Invisible players

C188500B Balrog's first Dash Punch goes faster
C188DE77 CPU fireballs are dark blue
C18AD377 Resets when you throw an enemy
C18B8877 Occasionally you will face the wrong direction, really confuses CPU
C1905E2F When you attempt to jump with this code on, you get knocked back as
though you were hit. The type of hit varies depending on what you were last hit
with. If Bison just torched you with a flaming torpedo, then if you attempt to
jump you'll just burst into blue flame, but take no damage. This can be a great
escape move, but be wary, if you do it too often, you'll get the dizzies.
C1905E30 When you attempt to jump, you are frozen in the air while your energy
drains to zero, meaning one more hit and you're toasty. You can use this to your
advantage. Put this code in and play vs. the computer using a character with a
projectile. At the beginning of the round, throw a fireball. The computer will attempt
to jump over it, become frozen, lose all of his/her energy, then be killed by the fireball.
The entire effect is that you win in less than a second.
C1906000 Jump to disappear. You will be invisible and invulnerable.
C1906200 Air moves
C19092EE You will freeze before doing a jumping attack
C1939A2A You make special move sounds when you do some normal attacks
C193DF77 Any hit, even when blocked, knocks you to the floor.
C193DF78 Hitting the CPU will turn it into a punching bag. Boosts Score.
C198DC77 After you win, you will look like you were hit in the face and bounce
C198DE01 When you win you imitate him!
C198DE64 When you win, you look away in disgust
C1998277 CPU does strange things on Difficulty 8. Best FX with Dhalsim.
C19AD0F7 Moves are LETHAL! After you kill each other you don't die.
C19C5DAD Another death code. When a character is defeated, he/she always
bursts into flame as per a yoga fire (sometimes a flaming torpedo.)
C19CBFA5 Fireballs go nowhere
C19CBFD0 Odd Colored non-moving Projectiles
C1A0D295 Player 2 jumps strangly (short hops, random lengths, etc.)
C1A38FDD No damage or block indicators
C1A3CFD7 Damage indicators float downward instead of disappearing
C1B07267 Press down to Teleport. Player 2 can push down to move Player 1
C1B0728B Press down to sweep
C1B072D7 Pushing down mixes your responses with your enemy's. You are vuln.
C1B27A00 Hard special moves become light

do less damage
C1EC29A3 Throws do no damage
C1EC29FF Throws do NO damage
C1F38FB9 Backgrounds are black and neon. Other color schemes are altered.
C1F3DFFD Fighter select boxes made of parts of the logo
C39C5E00 Yet another death code. This one doesn't show up very often, just about
once in every five deaths.
C3B67A03 Hard special moves become strange
C3B67A08 Hard special moves become disabled
