Better Backflip or Frontflip
Sent in by Quietstrm07
When playing Tony Hawk
select a character who has a Backflip or a
Frontflip (such as Geoff Rowly or Andrew Reynolds) After this select any
level of your choice (Such as the Warehouse) After that get your special
up. A regular Backflip or Frontflip is only worth 4000 points without the
10x code or without doing a nollie with it. Now suppose you do a Backflip
(up, down, right c) usually you only get 4000 for it or 8000 with out the
code. But if you press up, down, right c then hold down on the Joystick your
guy will now do a "360 or 540 or 720 so on...Backflip" and it looks really
cool and is worth bout 20 to 30,000 points! This also works with the Frontflip
only you press down, up right c and then hold down on the Joystick. Be careful
you don't over do it or your fall and loose your special and the points. And also
you have to use the Joystick for this trick it doesn't work with the d-pad.
Of course, practice the spinning technique with other special moves to
increase your score.
Level Beginnings
Sent in by Code Hunter
As I have played this game, I have found that I do a lot better on a level
when I do well on my first few tricks. Since I'm such a perfectionist, I
restart the levels a lot until I do well. This has caused me to make good
ways of starting levels, getting at least 10,000 points within the first
15 seconds WITHOUT codes. To add on to the scores, do nollies (up + c-down),
fastplants (up + up + c-down), and spins (L or R). Here they are:
Warehouse, Woodland Hills: As soon as you start, turn around to the
quarter pipe on the back wall. Do a handplant or a 540 grab move (I
personally like Rockets, Benihanas, and Japans). Go out the right side
of the room (the one closest to the half pipe). At the bottom of the hill,
turn around to the right and do another handplant or 540 grab move. By
now, your special meter should be all the way up. Launch over thje pipe
and through the secret room with a high-scoring special move and land
on the small rail if you can, then grind as far along the quarter pipe lip
as faras you can. Throw in a special grind if you have one. If you can't
lnd the small rail, just Over the Pipe + Secret Room + Special Trick
should be almost 20,000.
School, Miami: Do a Fastplant + Impossible as soon as you start out for
900 quick points. Ollie off the roof and do a spinning grab move. Land
on the planter with a grind, and do a kick move off. Your special should
be all the way up. Do a special move on the quarter pipe on the wall in
front of you. Next, quickly turn right and go down the hand rail or ledge
with a grind (special grind if you have one).
Mall, New York: At the beginning, go down towards the first quarter
pipe and do a spinning grab move. Go to the second quarter pipe and go
a different spinning grab move. Now, turn around and go UP toward the
first quarter pipe and do a special move. Go back down to the second
quarter pipe and do another special move. Keep doing this for a while.
Eventually you should leave out the glass "door" and go up the elevator.
To the left you should see a pole jutting out of the ledge you are on.
Grind on it, jump off, and land a special grind (if applicable) on the pole
next to the cafe for the Coffee Grind Bonus.
Downtown, Minneapolis: At the beginning, jump off the kicker with a
spinning move (preferably a grab move) and land on the ledge, grinding.
When you get the the end of the ledge, jump off the the right with a
spinning grab move to land on the pole next to the billboard. Now, if you
have good timing you can land a car plant for a 1000 point bonus, but if
not just jump over the street with a spinning move to the kicker and
grind on the edge of that. You should end the grind in front of a ramp
with a bus stop on the other side of it. Jump off the ramp with a special
move over the bus stop for a Special Move + BS Gap combo.
Downhill Jam, Phoenix: As soon as you start to roll over the beginning hill,
do a 360 Benihana (diagonal bottom-right + c-right). In front of you should
be a ramp with two pipes behind it. Launch off the ramp with a spinning
move and land on the left pipe with a grind. Jump off the pipe with a
spinning move and try to land on the little ellow-and-black grinder ramp
thingie with a grind. When you finish the grind, you will be right in front
of a ramp with two pipes next to it (going over the Huge Water Hazard).
Now you can do one of two things: Do a special move off the ramp, or do
a special grind on one of the two pipes.
Burnside, Portland: The moment you begin, jump to the left side of the
half pipe you are in and grind on the lip. Jump off with a kick move. Go
toward the quarter pipe against the left side of the rectangular pool in
the corner. Try to do a 720 grab move. Hopefully you will have enough
special to launch off the pyramid which is now in front of you with a
special move over the bridge gap and land a grind on the quarter pipe
lip. If you can, throw a special grind in there as well.
Streets, San Francisco: When you start, go forward through the glass
and jump onto the pole with a spinning move. When there is a drop off
on the pole, just do a spinning grab move and land a grind on the next
pole. Keep going until you run out of pole and do a 540 grab move to
top it off. I have gotten over 20,000 on this.
Roswell, New Mexico: As you start out on the roll-in, roll toward the
metal half pipe just to the right. Jump off it and do a spinning grab
move. If your special is not all the way up by then, do another spinning
grab move on the other side. Now aim toward the ramp to the right that
goes over the low deck. Do a special move over the low deck for a Special
Move + Low Deck Gap bonus.
Scoring System Basics
Sent in by Code Hunter
I have figured out the scoring system of THPS so that I can get as many
points as possible. I'll try to explain it to you.
First of all, a good thing to remember is that a trick's point value
decreases every time you use it (in Career Mode). If you do an Impossible,
250 points, and land it, the next time you do it it will be worth only 187
points. So if you are going to use a move in a big combo, don't use it
before the combo to ensure max points.
Now for the actual scoring system. Lets take some moves for example,
say, kickflip and 360 shove-it. A kickflip is worth 100 points and a 360
shove-it 250. If you do a kickflip, 360 shove-it, and another kickflip, all
separately, they will all be added together for 425 whole points (Thought
it was 450? remember, the point value decreases for the kickflip since
you used it twice!).
Now comes the combos. If you did a kickflip, 360 shove-it, then kickflip
all in one combo, you would get 1275 points. Now how did they get that?
Well, they took the two kickflips and the 360 shove-it and added the
points together like normal. BUT, since there were three tricks in the
combo, the whole 425 was multiplied by three (you never thought you'd
have to use math in Nintendo, did you?) giving you 1275 points.
Hidden tape in San Francisco
Sent in by Code Hunter
Having trouble getting the hidden tape in San Francisco? Well it will take
you a few times, but it's not that hard. You first must go to the far side
of the fountain. Then get some speed and jump on the lowest part of
the fountain. Go straight on the fountain and jump off the ramp of the fountain
on to the building. Then keep jumping buildings until you get to the last
one. Go up that building until you get to the top. You will see a ramp. Get
a lot of speed and jump off it while holding up, and you should get the hidden tape.
School disappearing trick
Sent in by Code Hunter
At the very beginning of the school, after jumping off the roof, there is a
quarter pipe against the wall straight ahead. Turn opposite this and go back
like you are taking the back way to the pools. Stop. Turn around again, and
grind the very long ledge to the right, jump off and hit the quarter pipe.
But jump from left right on the quarter pipe, if you have enough air, you
can fall on the ledge of the roof, then fall off that. If you do it right,
you will disappear in the alley type thing. You can still do tricks, but you
can't move or see yourself.

Hidden tape in Downhill Jam
Sent in by Code Hunter
First go to where the "A" for skate is. Then Grind across the second
pipe (the one on the right) to the island. Go up the half pipe (on
the island). When you have a lot of air go across. After that go on top of
the rock to the third island (next to a Mountain Dew sign.) Once there skate
to a ramp, do a fast plant and you will be on the island with the tape.
Hidden tape in Minneapolis
Sent in by Code Hunter
If you are searching for the hidden tape in Minneapolis, start the level,
turn around and jump up to the second floor as soon as you start out. Keep
on going until you reach the truck with the ramp. Go up the ramp and
continue until you reach the second roof. Get some speed off the
quarter pipe, then turn to the right where you will see a small purple
ramp. Jump off, then you will see the tape suspended in mid-air.
Do a 2160* spin move or a 1980* Air
Sent in by Code Hunter
In the San Francisco level make your way to the fountain in the middle of
the level. On one side of the fountain there will be a ramp. Ollie on to
this ramp and the jump the ramp onto the platform. Follow the
platform until you reach the top. When you get to the top turn right
and you will see another huge ramp. At this point type the slow motion
code (or don't but you get more spins with it). Then make you way up
the ramp holding jump. As you hit the end of the ramp let go of jump
and do any spin trick. You should be able to do a 2160 degree spin
move or a 1980 degree with Rune Glifberg.

Big Air
Sent in by Code Hunter
First you find a half pipe or some other kind of ramp. Then you head
straight for it holding Down-c. Once you get to the top of the ramp
you let go. Then you will be catching "Big Air", which can be used to
create bigger trick points.

Hidden Wrestlers
Sent in by Code Hunter
In this game there are hidden tapes everywhere. To open up more and more
levels, you'll have to collect skate tapes along the way. Each level, has
five available tapes, one of which is always hidden in a remote spot. You
can earn another one by finding the letters S-K-A-T-E along your route,
while yet another will show up only if only you meet certain objectives,
like grinding on five police cars in San Francisco. But there is a downside
to all of this. You will be times two minutes to collect all five tapes.
If you succeed you will enter a new level, if not you will have to do it
all over again. The last two tapes for each level will be yours if you
can score high enough point totals and to do that, you're going to
have to become a pro thrasher in a hurry. Luckily, these skate boarding
friends have the crazy skills and really, really strong skulls.
Hidden Tape in the Mall
Sent in by Code Hunter
When you start off the level just stay to the ground level so it
will be easier for you to gain access to the area yo need to go to.
Staying at ground level make your way to the part where there is
the car to jump. Don't jump the car, if you fall it will kill your speed!!!
Stay close to the left edge of that area. At around the middle point of
the area ollie(jump) onto the edge grinding your way to the end, when
you get to the end jump as far as you can onto the first rail suspended
in the air grind to the end and right in the middle of the two rails is the
hidden tape that you've spend so many hours looking for. Grab it then
take off and finish the level.
Invisible Grind Glitch
Sent in by Code Hunter
Go into the two player option and choose Graffiti Mode. Get your player
and board and choose the Downtown Minneapolis level. On the third round
you will come to a ramp where the a truck normally is. Instead of going
over the ramp go round it, ollie and then grind, you will be grinding on
nothing. If your heading into the wall when you start grinding you will
go through the wall and go into a dark place where you can pull off an
unlimited amount of tricks but you will have to retry to get out of this area.
Gaps with big points
Sent in by Code Hunter
Taxi Gap: In the warehouse, jump from the taxi to the half pipe.
Swim Team Gap: In the school, jump from one pool to the other.
Over a 32 Stair Gap: Jump over the steps at the end of the mall level. 32
Steps off a Mezzanine: Jump the steps in the trick above, but from
the upper ledge (the one with boxes stacked in pyramids.)
Skater Escalator Gap: Jump over the escalator in the mall.
Whoop Gap: In the Chicago competition stage, jump over the two rails
to the right of where you start. You have to jump over it the long way.
Pool Hip: In the Chicago stage, jump from one end of the U pool to
the opposite end.
Huge Water Hazard Gap: Jump over the giant water pit at the start
of Downhill Jam.
NeverSoft Electric Co. Gap: This gap gets major points! I got 25000
with this by doing different grinds. Go to the near end of Downhill Jam.
Grind the rail where you find the E in career mode. Keep grinding over the
end and land on the rail below. You have to grind off the end; you can't
jump to the next rail.
BS Gap: Jump over a phone booth from a ramp in Minneapolis.
Secret Tunnel Entrance: In the Minneapolis stage, break through a
window in the glass tunnel over the road by jumping from the ramp.
(It is the tunnel with the T in it in career mode.) Going out the other
side of the tunnel gets you the Tunnel Gap bonus.
Oversized 8 Set: Jump over the steps near the donut shop in San
Francisco.
Twinkie Transfer: In the Burnside level, jump from the rounded
rectangular bump in the center of the level to the large pool
directly across from the starting point.
Over The Rafters: Jump over the bar above the half pipe in Chicago.
Faceplant: In the warehouse, jump from the lower quarter pipe to the
top of the higher quarter pipe in the area where you find the "E".
Spanky Gap: At the Streets of San Francisco, go down Lombard and turn right.
Go past the donut shop and note the Handicap ramp on your right. Keep going
forward until you reach the street with China Town. Turn around and get
going really, really fast (This trick is easier with high speed on. It also helps
to turn auto kick off so you can get a lot of speed easier.) Go off the
quarter pipe to the left of the handicap ramp almost at the same angle
as the top of it. This takes a few tries, but you should fly over the
handicap ramp and land on the quarter pipe on the other side (the one
in front of the donut shop)
Acid Drop-in: In the Streets of San Francisco, go down Lombard and
turn left. In front of you there should be a sort of half pipe. Get going
high enough to land on the ledge on the left when you go off the side
along the wall. Land on the ledge even if it means crashing. You could
also get there by going up the ramp on the far left at the beginning
of Lombard and stay on the ledge until you reach the end right next
to the half pipe. Jump off and do a trick (NOTE: You must do a trick
or it may not work). Land on the quarter pipe closest to the wall and
you should get the acid drop-in bonus.
Grind Tricks
Sent in by Code Hunter
Big Rail - In the first stage, warehouse, there is a rail where you can
grind on (on the left of the half pipe). Grind on one side of the rail
and balance to the other side. This will give you extra points.
E.T. Grind - When you start at the Roswell stage, turn right and
you will find a long rail that leads to the second rail and the second
rail that will lead to the third rail which leads to a room with an alien.
You will need speed to make complete the grind.
Note: To reach the second rail from the first rail, you have to jump.
Coffee Grind - In New York, you will find a rail beside the first part
of the mall with water. Grind from one side of it to the other to
do the coffee grind.
Death Grind - In the Minnesota course if you jump off the ramp on
top of the building with a pool and land on a rail down below (typically
the ones by the fountain) you'll snag a mass of points and a
cool looking replay.
Backwoods Ledge - In the San Fransisco course go down Lombard
street (the crooked one at the beginning) and make a right. Go
down the street all of the way and make a left. You should see a
planter with four or five trees sticking out of it. Go up the planter
and jump off it to the ledge above and grind. You have to go through
all of the trees to get this one. (Real good for practice)
Down the Spiral - In the San Fransisco course go to the top of the
spiral ramp (or if you just did the Backwoods Ledge grind continue
on through the "exit" door) and then grind all of the way down it
(More great practice)
Bendy's Lip - In the San Fransisco course go to the lone police car
next to the fountain and a quarter pipe. Grind the entirety of
the pipe to get this one.
Hook Rail - In the San Fransisco course go down Lombard street
(the crooked one in the beginning) and make a left. Go past the
two quarter pipes and continue on to the grind rail. Don't grind up it.
Skate up the ramp, turn around, and grind down it for this grind.
Lombard Ledge - In the San Fransisco course go over to Lombard
street (the crooked one in the beginning) and grind down the
concrete slab on the left of Lombard. Grind all of the way down and
you are awarded the "Lombard Ledge."
Handicap Ramp Rail - In the school (Miami) course there is a set of
stairs out side of the gym. To the left of the stairs is a rail and a
concrete slab. Grind down the rail (the entire thing) to get awarded
this grind trick (For more points start your grind down the slab and
doing a heel flip or something like that to the rail for a "rail 2 rail" award).
Huge Rail - In the school (Miami) course there are two quarter pipes
near the pools. Grind the majority of one of the quarter pipes to be
awarded the "Huge Rail" (This one is really great for practicing)
Triple Rail - In the Burnside (Portland) course go out of the beginning
half pipe and turn left. You should see three concrete dividers on top
of a quarter pipe. Skate to the concrete divider on the far right and
grind to the left. Grind each in succession to get this well earn grind
(This one takes practice whether or not you are cheating or not
because this one is all in the timing).
For The Whole Atrium - In the mall (New York) course go all of the
way to the Atrium (It's the big courtyard area with trees and a
couple of canopies). As you first enter it go to the immediate left
or right and grind all of the way to the end (Excellent for practice).
Balancing on a Rail - Press left or right on the control pad to
balance while grinding.
Big Daddy Grind - Go to the school level. Near the oval pool there
is a very long quarter pipe. It is the one that starts near the diving
boards. Grind it the entire length to get the bonus. It helps if you
have the perfect balance code.
Hubba Ledge - In San Francisco, go down the steep hill at the
beginning and turn left. Go to where you find the letter S in
career mode. Then grind down the thick ledge (the step railings).
You have to grind it the entire length or you won't get a bonus.
High Rail - In the warehouse, there is a rail high on the wall near
the taxi. Go full speed up the quarter pipe right next to it and
grind the entire rail.
Rail Combo + Coffee Grind - In the mall, after breaking through
the glass window at the start, go up in ramp/escalator. Go to the
left and you will see a white rail sticking over the drop to the lower
level. Grind the rail, jump at the end, land on the rail below, and
grind it to the end.
Rafter Rail - Grind the rail over the half pipe in the Chicago level.
Light Grind - When you do the rafter rail grind, if you hit the light
next to the rail and still land on the rail, you will get the Light
Grind bonus too.
High Rail Grind - First go to the Warehouse. Then go to the long
quarter pipe at the end. Then get enough air to grind on the sign
above the quarter pipe. ( Note: You must grind the whole rail )
Monster Grind - Do the high rail grind and when you jump off keep
grinding to the end of the quarter pipe (the right side). Then jump
off when you finish grinding the quarter pipe and grind on the rail
and you should get the monster grind.
Death Grind - Go to downtown Minneapolis and get on to the roof
where you get the secret tape. There are several grind rails
around the outside. At the end of one of them is a ramp. Grind
the rail to get speed. Then go straight and fast plant off of it. Then
hold C-Up and If you do it right you will hit a rail. This is called a
"Death Grind". It takes a couple of tries to get.
Deck Grind - Go to the secret comp. aka Rosswel. When you start
off go straight and hold up. You will then transfer onto the high
deck. Turn left and go up the quarter pipe. When you come down
you will see two ramps take the one on the left. Just before you
go off turn left just a bit. Then hold c-up. If done right you will
hit the rail at the bottom and this will be a deck grind. It's quite
tricky and takes a while to get.
Transition Grind - Go to The Warehouse at Woodland Hills. (It also
helps a lot to put on the fast motion cheat (L + Right, Up, Down, Down,
Up, Down.) You go to where the E is on career mode. You hold forward
to exit the first quarter-pipe then you will fly to the next quarter pipe
if you grind on that quarter-pipe when you land Transition Grind will
appear in blue letters at the bottom of the screen. It might take
you a few times but is can get you some extra points.
Tons of points

50,000 Points in San Francisco
From the starting point go straight ahead (up the incline) do some kind
of flip trick onto the bar (do a nollie with it if you can). (Note: when you
start the grind don't release top C until you land the trick.) When you
get to the edge of the first rail hold left on the D-pad/stick (the L button
works to). Keep holding left (direction not C button) and top C, you should
just keep spinning and grinding until you hit the ground. You will have
just done a 1080 or 900 with grinds. I have got 16,100 points on this one
trick. To get the rest off the 50,000 points you can do 3 different things.
1) Do the above trick over and over again. This is the least effective method.
2) If your character has a special move that is a grind you can go to the middle
of the level and just do lots of combo grinds. This is the second best method.
3) The best and easiest method is to go to the left of where you land the
1080/900 and just mess around on the half-pipe. Also in the area is one
of those kicker ramps. If you get enough speed on this you can jump over
the bridge for a "Hubba Gap" bonus.
Down Town Minneapolis Level - Amazing Points Trick (1,000,000+) In the
Minneapolis Level, pause the game and enter the Perfect Balance code.
Then, turn around, hop up to the street above the starting point and go
left. DON'T go up the truck ramp; go left again. You should see a big
glass office building. Go into it (through the glass) and up the ramp.
Ollie (or nollie) at the top of the ramp and grind the rail that encircles
the room. You will go either left or right, and you will notice that there are
rather large gaps in the rail. Hold L or R and do a trick over the gap.
Chances are you will fall the first few times, so just try it again.
Anyway, if you keep going around and doing tricks over the gaps, it will
eventually say something like "50,000 x 19.5" That's your cue to jump off.
You could keep going, but it gets sort of repetitive. That's a lot of points.
If you want to throw in a little twist, enter the 10X trick points code, too.
Phoenix Downhill Jam Course - 2 Million Point Move Glitch This trick, will
take a few times to your, but I have only done it once before, and it is
very hard to get. First, go to the Phoenix Downhill Jam course. Start
to race and about 10 seconds into it, go off the second ramp with lots
of speed and toward the giant yellow wall on the left side. If you do this
right you should be landing about half way up the wall and you will get
stuck. Now you will be able to to any move you want. Do a a combination
of moves, to get you up to 20,000 points. Then hold the R-Button to spin.
This will multiply your score.
Mega Points Easy with Rune Glifberg
To do this trick,
1. Pick Rune Glifberg as your skater. He should preferably have maximum stats.
2. Pick any board, trucks (tight/loose/medium) or wheels that you want.
3. Go to any level you like.
4. Get your special meter blinking yellow.
5.Get the most speed you can and go off as big a ramp as you can find.
Use the Big Air code below to get more air. After you let go of C-Down,
press left, right, Right C to do a Christ Air. But instead of letting go,
keep on holding right and Right C. Rune Glifberg should start spinning
around and the points should keep on racking up. Try to get a 540 or
a 720.6. When you land it, it will give you a lot of points!!!
Infinite Point Glitch
1. Go to "Free Skate."
2. Pick Chad Muska.
3. Make his board the "Large Red" board.
4. Make his trucks loose.
5. Make his wheels blue.
6. Go to the Miami Schoolhouse for your level.
7.Go to the pools.
8. Go to the oval-shaped pool.
9. Stand in between the diving boards.
10. Put on the "Infinite Balance" code. (Hold L, C-up, C-right, Left, C-right, Right,
Up, Down).
11. Do a Smith Grind (Right-down diagonal, C Up) on the upper-left section of the pool
from your point of view.
12. If you hit thee right spot, you will be grinding back and fourth until you feel
like stopping or until your N64 dies. So go take a vacation and come back and you
will have a lot of points.
13. To get 10X the points, a lot faster, put in (Holding L,) Down, Right, Up, Right,
Up, Left, C-Left after you put in the "Infinite Balance" code for 10X the trick
points.
Get 30,000 points in one move at Down Hill Jam! First select Tony
Hawk as your skater. Go to Down Hill Jam and go to the end were you
get the E. Get your special bar to flash yellow and grind on the pole
were the E is. Grind to the end then jump off do a kick flip Mctwist
(right, right, right-C) then grind on the pole bellow you all the way
to the finish. I have gotten from 30,000 points to 60,000 points
with this one trick. It could take some practice so keep trying.
Infinite Grind
In Roswell, From your starting point, go up onto the ledge right in
front of you. To Your left you will see a quarter pipe. To your right
you will see two quarter pipes. In the middle of the quarter pipes
you will see a concrete wall to grind on. Don't grind on it, ride
beside it to the very end of the wall. At the end you will see the
wall sort of shoot up. Approach the wall very slowly, and ollie up
on to the exact middle of the shoot. If you hit it right, and put
on the "Perfect Balance" code, (C-up, C-right, left on pad, C-right,
right on pad, up on pad, and down on pad) it will be grind city!
Super Long Grind
Select Elissa Steamer or Geoff Rowley and go to the Wearhouse level.
Put on perfect balance code (hold L * C-up, C-Right, Left, C-Right,
Right, Up, Down) and the 10x trick points code (Down, Right, Up,
Right, Up, Left, C-left). Jump into the secret room and past the half
pipe onto a little platform with a rail and land it. You should have
special. Grind on the rail and ollie (jump, C-Up) on to the ramp's lip.
You should grind on the lip. Then ollie and do your grind special
(Ellissa Steamer-Primo Grind-Left, Left, Up-C---Geoff Rowley-Darkslide-Left,
Right, Up-C). Keep doing your grind special all the way around on the lip.
Wherehouse Woodland Hills - Get Awesome Points For One Trick
(100,000+) First thing you need for this trick is the perfect
balance code (hold L at pause screen and press: C-up, C-right,
Left, C-right, Right, Up, Down). This trick is also best used for
someone with a back flip and a special grind. First start the level
and raise your special up, then go straight towards the secret
room and do a back flip through it onto the short rail. If your special
is still up try to land on the rail with your special grind, then ollie
(jump) onto the large ramp and grind on it, try to do different thing
with the grinds to multiply your score like kick flips, heel flips, or
360 shove its. When you get towards the end of the entire ramp,
don't jump, if you jump at the end you will probably hit the wall and
lose all of the points, just keep going till the end and it will take you off.
Big Grind In San Francisco
Select any person you want to. Go to the Streets of San Francisco
(after you unlock it in Career Mode). Turn on the Perfect Balance
Code (Hold L* C-Up, C-Right, Left, C-Right, Right, Up, Down) and the
10x Trick Points Code (Down, Right, Up, Right, Up, Left, C-Left).
In the beginning, go straight down where the grass on bricks is.
Go down that and go where the stairs are(they are in a Hexagon shape).
Ollie (jump C-down) so you get to the top. Grind around for a lot of points.
Another Infinite Point Grind - Burnside Portland I found this glitch in
Tony Hawk's Pro Skater. Go to the level select screen and pick
Burnside Portland (it doesn't matter what skater or board you
have), also make sure you have the perfect balance code on (press
start, hold L, then press C-up, C-right, left, C-right, right, up, down).
When you start, go straight then turn right at the end of the
half pipe. As soon as you turn, start grinding the "eye" bowl. If
you do this correctly you will slide back and forth forever until
you feel like getting off.
60,000+ in the Warehouse!!
Start the Warehouse level and immediately turn right and do a
nollie + hand plant (a regular hand plant would work, but a nollie + hand plant
gets your special up). Next, bust out the window next to the boxes.
Then turn right again into the quarter pipe (make sure that when you
get on the quarter pipe that you face the inside of the Secret
Room and that you will land on the grinding pole). You should do a
trick while on the quarter pipe. A hand plant works great because
that it gives you speed when you land. After the quarter pipe, go
straight over the half pipe and into the secret room, right before
going into the secret room do a Kick flip McTwist (right right c-right)
and grind on the grinding pole afterwards. Finally, do a 360 shove-it
onto the quarter pipe going all the way along the pipe. Try to do as
many 360 shove-its as you can. This stunt is very difficult to
accomplish (but also excellent for practice). This is the order of
stunts that can be done, nollie-handplant then into Over the pipe+Kick flip
Mctwist+secret room+50-50 grind+360 shove-it+50-50 grind+360
shove-it+50-50 grind+360 shove-it+nose grind+360 shove-it+50-50

45,400 points in 1 trick
Start off picking your character. The character has to be able to
do a hard flip by pressing Up + Right and C-Left. Go to Streets of
San Francisco and put it the fast tricks code. Start off and go
to the left a little. Hit the jump that is before the big drop
off. Use the big air trick to get good height. After you are in
the air, quickly do a hard flip and keep holding Up + Right. Do 2 more
hard flips while you are spinning. In the end you should end up getting
900 hard flip+hard flip+hard flip+LOMBARD GAP. This is an easy way
to get the Pro Score tape on this level.
100 000+ Points In One Trick
To get 100 000 points select Rune Glifburg with full stats and
go to Skate Park Chicago. Go to the section to your left as soon
as you start. Get full special and a lot of air, and launch off the
quarter pipe on the back of the half pipe by holding forward and
letting go of the jump button. While in the air do a 360 shove it
and then grind the rafters in the celling. If you landed on the lowest
rail, do a kick flip and land on the top rail. Try to land onto a crooked
or smith grind. Then do a shove it and land on the same rail. Again
try to do a crooked or smith grind. When you reach the end of rail (the
end of the half pipe should be below you) jump off and do a crist air.
Hold this move to spin. You should land in the pool. It is really hard to
get over 100 000 but the combinations can be changed to your likeing.
The best part about this trick is that no cheats are used. But with
10x tricks on you can get a million.
50,000 Points in San Francisco
From the starting point go straight ahead (up the incline) do some kind
of flip trick onto the bar (do a nollie with it if you can). (Note: When
you start the grind don't release top C until you land the trick.) When
you get to the edge of the first rail hold left on the D-pad/stick(the L
button works to). Keep holding left (direction not C button) and
top C, you should just keep spinning and grinding until you hit the
ground. You will have just done a 1080 or 900 with grinds. I have
got 16,100 points on this one trick. To get the rest off the 50,000
points you can do 3 different things. 1) Do the above trick over
and over again. This is the least effective method. 2) If your
character has a special move that is a grind you can
go to the middle of the level and just do lots of combo grinds.
This is the second best method. 3) The best and easiest method
is to go to the left of where you land the 1080/900 and just mess
around on the half-pipe. Also in the area is one of those kicker
ramps. If you get enough speed on this you can jump over the
bridge for a "Hubba Gap" bonus.
