Bowser Land
Sent in by Lance Barber
Complete the first 5 Adventure Boards at least once each, then Bowser
and a few Baby Bowsers will take Toad away! Next, Baby Bowser will
say Toad's gone because of a cold and will take his place on the main
menu until you complete Bowser Land. In this bonus board, it's an
amusement park created by the Koopa King himself. Certain ? Spaces
make go into a circle "ride," and landing on another ? Space makes you
leave that "ride." The other spaces will make you jump into a nearby pipe,
sending you to a different, random place on the board. Now, the greatest
danger of all is the dreaded Bowser Parade! It starts every 5 turns, at the
beginning of the 5th turn. If you're in it's way, and it starts pushing you,
you'll lose 2 coins for every space you cross until you're back at the start!
That really adds up fast! However, if can part with 5 coins, you can change
the Parade's route at 3 different locations, making this a lifesaver for
you or trouble for an opponent! The Koopa Bank is reversed here! If you
pass it, you will be loaned 5 coins, but those coins add to the payment.
Whoever lands on the space is costly to them, as they must pay the big
payment of the loans! Lastly, there's a strange Item Shop that just forces
you to pay 12 coins for a random item, even those only found in Item
Mini-Games! If you don't like taking risks, try to avoid this tricky shop!
Bowser Suit and Baby Bowser trick
Sent in by Aaron M.
On any adventure board If you land on Baby Bowser and have the Bowser
Suit on, Baby Bowser will say: "Buh, Buh, Bowser! I've been expecting you!
Here! I stole 30 coins for you!" But, he really didn't steal them.
Get ten coins from Bowser
Sent in by Aaron M.
To get ten coins from Bowser, you must be on an adventure board,
and have no coins. Then, when it's your turn, try to land on a Bowser
Space. When you do, the Bowser Roulette starts. Stop it with the "A"
button when you think the time is right. If it stops on 10-30 coins for
Bowser, he will say, "You don't have any coins? Here! Take these 10
coins! Besides, you need them more than I do!" And there's all there is to it!
Get Baby Bowser to pay you
Sent in by Aaron M.
If you land on the Baby Bowser space a lot, if you wait long enough, Baby
Bowser will give you a break. He will say "I will cause trouble on behalf of
Bowser. Now then, I will give you five coins. Wait! That's not right! Well,
anyway, don't tell anyone, okay?"
Coins and stars are tallied up
Sent in by Code Hunter
When you play a game on any board, set it up however you want. Before the
first player starts the first turn, pause the game. Go to "Settings" and set
all the players to CPU on any difficulty (preferably all hard). Unpause the
game and wait till the end. The coins and stars will be tallied up. Mario
Party 2
tallies all the coins and stars up from every player (whether they're human
or cpu). You can also do this in Mini-Game Stadium (just set everybody's
handicap to 50).
See the credits again
Sent in by Code Hunter
Too see the credits again, after you beat Bowser Land, go to the Mini-Game
Coaster and beat the Easy and Normal Courses. After that, when you go to
the Options Laboratory, Dr. Fungi will say that he completed his Credits
Machine. The Credits Machine is on the right when you enter the lab.
Battle mini-games
Sent in by Code Hunter
Once you have beaten the mini game coaster on normal, you will be able to beat
it on hard. Once you have done that, toad will ask you to start over because
you have too few lives. Say no and the real toad will appear. You will now
have to face three baby bowsers in Shell-Shocked, and you have no teammates!
After that, toad will congratulate you and give you the ability to buy battle
mini-games from Woody. (You better have lots of money saved up, it costs over
5000 coins to buy all the battle mini-games!)

Levels and their difficulties

Pirate Land - * (One Star) Inside this level is a bridge that holds Happening
Spaces that will draw heavy cannon fire, from the nearby pirate ship of the
coast, if any players land on one, sending everyone in the area tumbling back
to the very beginning of the board. Bypass the bridge if you can. The Thwomps
also block your path at various places. To get by them you must pay a fee.
Once you've landed on the dock a sneaky shark steals five coins form you and
sends you to another side of the ocean to another dock. Once you get a
Skeleton Key, you can open up a secret shortcut!
Western Land - * (One Star) This level contains an awesome train that if you
pay five coins you can go for a ride. This train will also push around the
players ahead of you. The Happening Spaces in Western Land automatically start
the train moving, doesn't matter where it is on the board. It will keep moving
until it reaches the next train station. Hootenanny is a good way to prevent a
person ahead of you from getting a Star before you do. It's pretty expensive,
which the expense is 20 coins!
Space Land - * * (Two Stars) The Happening Spaces on this board will activate
the spacecraft that travel along the paths with green lights. They can travel
a long time and pushes your opponents a ahead a good distance. As in the first
Mario Party, Boo will steal an opponent's Stars for a price. This time around,
he'll also steal coins, but the number he gets depends on how much of a
struggle his victim puts up.
Mystery Land - * * (Two Stars) If you land inside one of the mysterious
circles, the Bob-ombs will give you a ride on their mother ship for a small fee
of 10 coins, then warp you to, if you're lucky, a faraway spot on the board.
Unless you're counting on a warp to another part of the board, you may want to
invest in a Skeleton Key. Unlocking the door is the only non-warping way to
move over a different part of the board.
Horror Land - * * * (Three Stars) Eyeballs are supposed to move in your head,
not roll down the street. This eyeball apparently doesn't understand the
rules. It will warp you across the board on a diagonal path for just 10 coins.
If you want to get past Giant Thwomps, you'll have to part with 5 coins and
that's only during daylight hours. The blockheads sleep like a ton of bricks
right, so you can't even pay to pass!
New Spaces

Item Space - You may not need to spend money at the shop after all. Landing
on this space will put you in a single player game that could yield a valuable
item or perhaps nothing. It looks like a treasure chest.
Battle Space - Battle stations! Landing on this space will throw the rivals
into a free-for-all for a pot of money. Every player must put hard-earned
coins into the kitty.
New Board Spots

Items Shop - Since you can't count on the game to provide you with the item
you want, you may find it necessary to plunk down some coins at the shop for
something special. This true particularly if your very wealthy and have some
extra cash to burn off. Money that you've spent counts as money collected
for the end-of-game bonus.
Koopa Bank - You can't blame the Koopas for trying to make an honest living
rather then working for Bowser, but you can blame them for ripping you off.
Their establishment works more like a non-volunteer lottery than a bank. You
must put money in when you pass by, but you'll get a big payoff if you land
on the space.
Baby Bowser - Baby Bowser shows up on whatever space Toad decides to
vacate. He's a lot less pleasant to run into, considering that he steals
coins from you. The only thing to recommend him is he doesn't come after
you, unless he turns into the full-grown Bowser, who'll hunt you down, then
take ALL of your coins.
Hidden Block - Landing on a blue space is a good thing, you automatically
get coins, but it's great thing when it contains a Hidden Block. You'll be
rewarded with extra coins, or possibly even a star, when you jump up to hit
the block! There's no way of where the Hidden Block will appear.
