Sent in by EViLiNK
(You must first have beaten snow head temple and have the powder keg.)
Instead of waiting for the third day for the worker to destroy the boulder
blocking the way to the ranch, blow it up with a powder keg on the first.
The little girl named Romani will ask you to help her save the cows, tell
her you agree. (You also get Epona this way.) Stay on the ranch with Epona
until the aliens arrive, and help Romani defend the barn by shooting them
with arrows. When morning comes, the remaining few will disappear and
Romani will come out again.
The older sister Creamia will then ask you to take a trip to town with her,
say yes. Wait until the wago comes and get on board with Creamia. On the
way you'll be attacked by thieves (Gorman brothers in disguise), and it's
your job to defend the wagon from them with arrows. When you escape,
You'll be awarded with the Romani mask.

the bombers secret hideout. It is either 12345 or 43125.

Sent in by Link
First, equip Great Fairy's Sword to C button. Take it out a swipe it few
times. Now go to a postbox in clock town and when it asks you for a letter,
give it your Great Fairy Sword. When it rejects it and you gain control of
Link again, he will have his hands together like he's holding the sword,
but its not there. And you still use while its invisible!! It works with the
Hookshot and Hero Bow, too.

Run Fast Without the Bunny Hood
Sent in by Code Hunter
This trick is easy, but only works in the Milk Bar and Woodfall.
(Note: Maybe some others) In the Milk Bar, talk to Toto (the zora)
during serving hours as Link and agree to perform for him. Stand
in the front spotlight and play what he says. Now jump off the
stage and keep running. You'll notice that your running faster
than usual. In Woodfall, beat Odowla and run out ignoring the
dumb princess. Sometimes you'll run as fast as Link wearing
the Bunny Hood, but without it. This works in other places, too.
Different Tones For Your Instruments
Sent in by Code Hunter
To do this trick all you need to do is pull out your Ocarina and
as you play a note hold down Z or R. Z will make the tone of the
note lower, and R will make the note higher. Also, if you move
the joystick as you play it will change the tone. Try moving the
joystick when you are Zora Link he will move his guitar around.
Beat the Swamp Spider House
Sent in by Code Hunter
In the swamp, at the place where there are those huge mushrooms,
light a Deku Stick by using the flame of the torch and burn the
web that's in your way of getting into the house. You're about to
start a quest to kill all 30 Gold Skulltulas inside. Why, you ask?
Well, it is completely optional, but if you want the Mask of
Truth, you'll have to get through here. It's also a really fun quest,
and if you're getting bored, it's the perfect time-killer. All you
need when you enter is the Deku Mask, the Sonata of Awakening,
and a couple of Magic Beans.
Gold Skulltulas
Sent in by Code Hunter
Here's how to get to them, and the order you would find them.
#1,2, & 3: 1 is piddling about in the pool, 2 is in a pot near the
stairs, and 3 crawls up and down the pillar on the west side
(hit Jim while he's low if you don't have the Hookshot).
#4 & 5: Both of these are hiding in Bean Spots. To flush them
out, go back to the first room and catch some bugs in your bottles.
Release the bugs near the spots, and they'll burrow in and kick
the Skulltula out.
#6, 7, & 8: Head east into the next room. You'll find one Skulltula
in the small pots, and to more n the big pots on the east wall. To
get the Skulltulas out of the big pots, use your Forward Roll.
#9, 10, 11, & 12: Play the Sonata of Awakening for the sleeping
Deku, and he'll abandon his flower. There's one Skulltula in the
tunnel near him (cut the vines that block the tunnel with your
sword) and another on the higher level of this room, which you can
reach with the Deku Flower. Then use bubbles to shoot down the
hives on the ceiling for two more Skulltulas.
#13, 14, & 15: There are three Skulltulas on the upper level of
the main room. 13 is in a Bean Spot, so use bugs. 14 is on the far
wall, and is trickier. You'll need to shoot it down hen use a Deku
Flower to get to the token. 15 is on a pillar on the other side.
#16, 17, 18, & 19: From the top of the main room, go through
the door on the west. You'll find one Skulltula near a torch in
the corner, and another on top of the metal thing in the center
(use a Rolling Jump to get the token). Two more await in the
crates (use the Forward Roll to smash them).
#20: To get the Skulltula crawling under the catwalk, bomb
away the boulder in the center to reveal a Bean Spot. Plant
and water the Magic Bean, then ride on the bean platform to
your quarry (you can get beans from the Akindo Nut in the
Southern Swamp and water from the main room's pool).
#21, 22, 23, & 24: Enter the north room via the door on the
highest level of the east room (where the sleeping Deku was).
Hit the crystal switch to make a ladder appear, giving you access
to Skulltula 21 and the Bean Spot. 22 is in a nearby pillar, and 23
is n a hive on the ceiling. Plant and water the Magic Bean to get
to Skulltula 24 and make an easy route to the last room.
#25, 26, 27, 28, 29, & 30: There are two Skulltulas in the deep
grass that surrounds this room, and another in a hive on the roof.
The final three are all in a tree, and you'll need to hit the tree
with a solid roll to knock them out of it.
The man at the entrance will give you the Mask of Truth! It lets
you talk to dogs and Gossip Stones. Try it out on the nearby dog
and the Gossip Stone in the final room.
Make Epona Fall off a Hill
Sent in by Code Hunter
Epona will always rear up and neigh when you attempt to ride her
off a section of raised ground. To make her fall off, go to any
section of raised ground with Epona, (a good place is in Termina
field). When you are on the hill, stand parallel (along the edge) to
the edge as close as you possibly can. Being careful that she does
not rear up, walk slowly forward, while at the same time pushing
in the direction off the ledge. If done correctly, she should fall off
the edge and land on the ground below.
Save in the middle of the game
Sent in by Favian Pulido
After you hit the owl statue with your sword, read it and you can save in the
middle of the game.
Beating Goht
Sent in by Link Encyclopedia
If you have a bit of time on your hands when fighting Goht you can beat it
easily without getting hurt much. As soon as you wake Goht from his Icy
sleep run toward the door. Get your fire arrows ready, aim the arrows at
Goht as soon as he comes around (Note: if you leave the small area near
the door Goht will come back and trample you) fire the fire arrows at him.
If you run out of magic the Green pots hold some, if you run out of arrows
the pots near the door hold them, both types of pots will grow back.
Enough hits and he will fall.
Bird attack
Sent in by Mark
Go find a cocco and start beating them. After a few hits it should crow really
loud. Then swarms of birds will fly out of nowhere and beat you till you die,
or untill you leave the area.

Tip on torches
Sent in by Keith Young
Use your bow to shoot through lit torches to light unlit ones, lighting all the
torches in an area will often open a door or something.
Get the Gilded Sword
Sent in by Code Hunter
To get the gilded sword you must have the Goron mask, the mask of Goht
and one of the big explosive devices given to you by the Big Goron near
Goron City. Talk to the Big Goron with the Goron mask on and he'll give you
a "live bomb" ready to explode. Take it and run back to the bridge where
you find Tingle. and go back to the very beginning of it and up the ramps
to the left of it. Drop the bomb by the big rock and either wait for it to
explode or shoot it with an arrow to explode it. Now enter and talk to the
kid Goron and say yes. Now build up your speed until your spiked and just
race. Hit the green pots if you need magic. This race is kind of hard, but
once you beat it you'll get another bottle with gold dust in it! Now you need
100 rupees. Go to the sword crafters in Mountain Village and buy the Razor
Sword. Play the song of double time until it's Day 2. Now go in and get your
sword. Talk ! to him again and show him the gold dust. Play the song of
double time again until Day 3 and go back in to receive the gilded sword
which is Gold and silver! It looks awesome and it's really strong. This sword
won't disappear if you travel back in time.
Guitar Sound on the Ocarina
Sent in by Code Hunter
Go to the Zora Hall. There will be a zora sitting down messing with a horn.
If you talk to him as a zora he asks for a note on the guitar. Play him one.
After that change into a deku, pull out your horn, and play another note. I
sounds like a guitar. It also works as a Goron or as link.
How to get Epona's Song
Sent in by Code Hunter
After you beat the Snowhead Temple boss, go talk to the Big Goron in
Goron Village and he'll teach you how to use a power keg, if you pass his
test. After that, bring a power keg to Milk Road and blow up the big rock.
Then talk to Romani and pass her practice session in record time and she
will teach you Epona's Song.
Uniting Anju and Kafei
Sent in by Code Hunter
To do this trick, you have to do it during the three day period. In this
process you get four new masks and you have to have Epona and Hook
Shot and the Garo's mask.
First, you have to go to the Mayor's office in East Clock Town at 10 a.m.
Go into the drawing room and talk to the fat lady and say that you're the
person she hired. You will get Kafei's mask. On Day 1, go to East Clock
Town's Stock Pot Inn around 1:50 p.m. and 4:10 p.m. to get a room key.
Stay in the Stock Pot Inn and wait until the postman gives a letter to
Anju, and then talk to Anju wearing Kafei's mask. She'll tell you to meet
her in the kitchen at 11:30 that night. After you meet her, she will give
you a letter. You must put it in a post box (those little round
umbrella-looking things), before morning.
Go to Laundry Pool on Day 2 and wait until 3:30 p.m. to 3:40 p.m. to
see the postman give a letter to Kafei. Follow Kafei into the building
and talk to him. He gives you the pendant of memories and after that,
give the pendant of memories to Anju.
On Day 3, go back to Laundry Pool anytime from 1 p.m. till 10 p.m.
Go through the door that you followed Kafei in and talk to the person
inside the area. He will give you a letter and the Keaton mask. Then go
to Termina Field, get on your horse, and go to the eastern canyon and
put on the Garo's mask and talk to the strange person on top of the cliff.
He will bring up a strange tree that you use the hook shot to grab onto.
Keep going straight until you can go to a right to find Kafei behind a rock.
Hide there until 6 p.m. thru 7 p.m. and do not let Sakon see you. Follow
him into his hideout. Kafei will tell you what to do from there. After you
get the Sun mask, warp back to town. Then take the letter you have to
the Post Office in West Clock Town and give it to the postman. Follow him
(he is pretty slow and the moon's falling) to the Milk Bar. You might not be
able to go in so wait outside. Wait until he comes out and talk to him and
he'll give you the Postman Hat. Go to the Stock Pot Inn and go into the
Employees' Only room and wait until Kafei gets there and Anju and Kafei
get married. They will give you the Couple Mask. (You can talk to the
Mayor with the Couple's Mask on to get a piece of a heart). After you
do all that, go back in time so you live.

Stop Animation of the Instruments
Sent in by Code Hunter
Take out an instrument (with Deku, Goron or Zora Link) and start
playing any song. As you probably noticed you can see an animation
while you're playing. (I.E: Goron Link's hands hit the drums.) If you hold
L while playing any notes with any form of Link the animation will stop
and you will only hear the sound of the notes. I'm not sure if this is a
glitch or if it was intended but it's a pretty pointless trick.
Great Fairy's Gifts
Sent in by Code Hunter
1. Bubble Shooter / Spin Attack / Great Fairy's Mask
Step 1: Find the Stray Fairy in Clock Town as Deku Scrub at the start
of the game. At night, she will be in East Clock Town, near the door to
the Treasure Box Shop. During the day, she will be at the town Laundry
Pool, flying above the water. Simply touch her to get her.
Step 2: Take the fairy to the Fairy's Fountain in North Clock Town.
When the Great Fairy is reassembled, she will give you magic power.
As a Deku Scrub, you can use this power to shoot bubbles from your
snout. As a human Link, you will automatically have the magic spin
attack. Repeat the process as Link to get the Great Fairy's Mask, which
attracts Stray Fairies to you when you wear it.
2. Mastered Spin Attack
Step 1: Find and rescue all 15 Stray Fairies inside of Woodfall
Temple and take to the Fairy's Fountain in the area outside of
the temple.
Step 2: When the Great Fairy's in one piece again, she will upgrade
your spin attack so it produces a longer reach.
3. Double Magic Meter
Step 1: Find and rescue all 15 Stray Fairies inside of Snowhead
Temple. Then take them the Fairy's Fountain that is at the end of
the path where the giant goron was.
Step 2: When the Great Fairy is back she will more than double
your magic meter!
4. Extra Defense
Step 1: Find and rescue all 15 Stray Fairies inside of Great Bay
Temple, then help them by taking them to the Fairy's Fountain on
a cliff near a bunch of islands with palm trees on them. Use your
hook shot on the trees to get to the fountain.
Step 2: When the Great Fairy is safe, she will give you special
"shells" that go around the hearts on your health meter. This
lets you take double the damage you could before!
5. The Almighty Great Fairy's Sword!
Step 1: Find and rescue all 15 stray fairies inside of Stone
Tower Temple and take them to Fairy's Fountain in Ikana Canyon.
Step 2: When the Great Fairy's okay, she will give you the Great
Fairy's Sword, which is the strongest blade in the game. It also
has an extremely long reach. Test it out on powerful mini-bosses
or the Dodongos in Termina Field. Note:This sword is strangely
a c-button item!

Swords and Shields
Sent in by Code Hunter
Razor Sword: Give your Kokiri Sword and 100 ruppies to the Mountain

but the razor breaks after 100 swings and it will return to a Kokiri
sword when you go back in time.
Great Fairy's Sword: Collect all 15 stray fairys in the stone tower and
take them to the Ikana Fairy Fountain. The mighty sword is actually a
C-botton item. It has very wide range but you can't use your shield
while using it.
Mirror Shield: Found in treasure chest at the end of the bottom of the
well dungeon. When you're in a sunbeam, you can use this shield to
reflect light sensitive blocks, switches, and enemies. Also reflects
certain enemy attacks.
Gilded Sword: To get the gilded sword you must have the Goron mask,
the mask of Goht and one of the big explosive devices given to you by
the Big Goron near Goron City. Talk to the Big Goron with the Goron
mask on and he'll give you a "live bomb" ready to explode. Take it and
run back to the bridge where you find Tingle. and go back to the very
beginning of it and up the ramps to the left of it. Drop the bomb by the
big rock and either wait for it to explode or shoot it with an arrow to
explode it. Now enter and talk to the kid goron and say yes. Now build
up your speed until your spiked and just race. Hit the green pots if you
need magic. This race is kind of hard, but once you beat it you'll get
another bottle with gold dust in it! Now you need 100 rupees. Go to the
sword crafters in Mountain Village and buy the Razor Sword. Play
the song of double time until it's Day 2. Now go in and get your sword.
Talk to him again and show him the gold dust. Play the song of double
time again until Day 3 and go back in to receive the gilded sword which
is Gold and silver! It looks awesome and it's really strong. This sword
won't disappear if you travel back in time.

First, call and ride Epona to the west entrance of the Clock Town.
Wait for the Countdown to another day (e.g. if you are in the First

Use Adult Link in wrong places
Sent in by Code Hunter
Clock Town: This is a bug in the game. First, you have to get the Adult
Link Mask first. Then go to the Shooting Gallery (the one with with a
couple kissing) on the third day. Talk to them as Deku Link
and accept
the challenge. Place the mask on one of the C-buttons. Then quickly
put it on. Go out the room and you can walk in Clock Town as Adult Link.
Please note that if you talk to anyone, the game hangs up.
Termina Field: In order to do this, you have to do something before
doing the previous tip. You have to buy a magic bean and a bottle
of water and grow it in the Observatory Area (outside, where you get
the Tear of Moon). Then do the previous tip and you can use Adult
Link in Termina Field.
Beat the Ikana Knights easily
Sent in by Code Hunter
Get the Bunny Hood first. Then go to Ikana Kingdom. When you find and
fight the two knights, put the mask on. Play music and they will dance
and march. Quickly change the mask into sword and slash them! This
does not work to Ikana King.
The Bomber Gang Kids
Sent in by Code Hunter
You must find the Bomber Gang Kids in order to get the Moon Tear
continue on with the game. Two of the kids are hiding in North Clock
Town. One behind the slide thing, and another beside the tree near
the fairy fountain. One is in West Clock Town just hanging out in
the middle of the town, and two are located in East Clock Town.
One is on top of the Milk Bar, you'll have to use a Deku flower to
fly up and catch him. Another is on top the inn roof. After finding
all five you will receive the code which allows you to go to the
Bomber Gang hide out.
Easy Bomber's Notebook
Sent in by Code Hunter
When you play hide and seek with the Bombers during the first 3 day
period (trapped in Deku body) and get the Secret Code to their hideout,
write it down or remember it. Play the Song of Time and go back to
the first day so you transform back to Link. Now before playing hide
and seek again go to the entrance of the Bombers hideout and try the
old code, there's about an 80% chance that it will work. If it does enter
the hideout; when you leave the lead Bomber, Jim will consult you and
say that you were clever for cracking the code and give you the
Bomber's Notebook.
The Different Masks
Sent in by Code Hunter
Deku Mask: Link begins the game with this mask. As the Deku Shrub, he
can hop on top of water a couple times, as well as shoot bubbles at
enemies. Also, the Deku Shrub can burrow into flowers and then shoot
into the air gliding down slowly.
Bremen Mask: Link receives this mask from the weird guy in the
Laundy Pool area of Clock town at night during the first or second
days. It is used to herd chicks in the ranch, which will get you the Bunny Hood.
Great Fairy Mask: You get this mask by returning the second
lost fairy to the Great Fairy. It can attract Stray Fairies in dungeons.
Bunny Hood: When wearing this mask, Link runs at an increased
rate. You get it by using the Bremen Mask and herding all the chicks
in the Chicken Coop of the ranch during the day.
Mask of Scents: Follow the Deku through the tunnel (use the
Bunny Hood to keep up) that is to the left of the Deku Palace. The
mask can detect scents such as mushrooms.
Goron Mask: Play the Song of Healing for the old Goron ghost
after following him to the Goron Shrine. The mask turns Link into
a Goron, complete with increased size and strength.
Romani's Mask: Complete both Romani's and Cremia's notebook
entries. This mask gives you access to the Milk Bar in Clock Town.
Kamaro's Mask: Play the song of healing for the guy dancing on
top of the mushroom to the north of Clock Town. He is only there
at night, and the mask allows you to dance.
Blast Mask: Stop the thief after midnight during the first day
in North Clock Town. You can blow up objects using this mask just
like a bomb, but you will loose one heart per blast.
Kafei's Mask: Speak to the woman in the Mayor's House in East
Clock Town. Used in a couple notebook quests.
Captain's Hat: Defeat the sleeping skeleton in the graveyard.
The Hat allows you to speak to the undead.
Mask of Truth: Complete the first Spider Dungeon. It allows
you to speak to the weird stones around the world.
All Night Mask: Stop the thief on Day 1, then buy it for 500
Rupees from the curiosity shop on Day 3. It allows you to stay up
late and listen to the old lady's stories in the inn.
Stone Maske: Use the Lens of Truth near the entrance to the
graveyard to find a soldier. Give him a red potion to get the mask.
Some enemies will not notice you while wearing this mask.
Keaton Mask: Go to Kafei's house in the afternoon of the third
day after you take the pendant to Anju. Wear this mask and slash
at the bushes that move (like the ones in North Clock Town) to make
Keaton appear. Answer his quiz questions correctly to get a Heart Piece.
Don Gero's Mask: Light all the torches in the Goron Village, then
use the Goron roll to destroy the barrels on the chandelier. Take the
chunk of meat to the shivering Goron in the mountain village. The
mask will allow you to speak to frogs. See the Frog Locations below.
Zora Mask: Push the sick Zora to the shore in the Great Bay, and
then play the song of healing for it. The mask turns Link into a Zora.
Garo's Mask: Ride Epona into the racetrack on Milk Road, and win
the race to get this mask. This allows you to get into the Canyon area.
Postman's Hat: Can be used to open mail boxes in Clock Town.
You get his mask by going through the Kafei notebook entry until you
get the letter to Aroma. Give it to the postman, and then talk to him about it.
Circus Leader's Mask: Go into the Milk Bar, and help the Zora with
his sound check by playing the instruments while wearing each of your
three transformation masks (Deku, Goron, Zora) and as Link. If you wear
the mask during Cremia's notebook entry there will be no attackers.
Couple's Mask: Complete Anju's notebook entry by recovering the
stolen mask. Wear this and speak to the Mayor after 10PM for a heart piece.
Gibo Mask: Play the song of healing for the mummy in the Canyon
house to get this mask that will allow you to speak to Gibdos.
Giant's Mask: Kill the Eyegore in the Inverted Stone Tower.
This mask makes Link big.
Fierce Diety Mask: First gather all of the other masks in this
list. Then, complete the mini-dungeons at the end of the game,
and you will get this mask. It turns link into Oni Link.
Easy Money
Sent in by Aaron Pangelinan
On any day, go to the northeast corner of Clock Town. Turn and walk south
to the edge of the ledge, being careful not to fall off. Turn around and give
yourself some speed. Run toward the edge and press A before the edge and
Link will roll. You will land on the next ledge. From there, jump across on the
decorations of the building going south until you are above the shooting gallery.
Turn right and follow the roof until you get to the treasure chest. The chest
contains 100 silver rupees. Remember to go to the banker and deposit your
money to save it. Play your Ocarina to start at day one and repeat.
Enter Termina Field from South Clock Town and head towards the Milk Road.
There will be a bird that attacks you and steals your items. Use the Deku
Mask, target the bird, and shoot bubbles at him in the air. When he attacks,
spin attack it. The bird will die after a few hits, and you will get 200 rupees.
This can be repeated as needed.
The following are required for this trick: a Bomb Bag, Bomb, Code for
Observatory (you can use the front door but the back door is better), the
Ocarina of Time, and the Song of Time. As normal Link
buy the Bomb Bag at
the Bomb shop (50 coins?), then buy a Bomb or get them free by cutting
weeds. Go to the kid that is blocking the observatory and give him the code
(you should need to have the code to become normal Link). When you get to
the water, go left instead of right to find a wall that can be bombed. Bomb it
and go inside to find a chest with 100 silver rupees. Go to the bank (the man
on the wall opposite the shops in the west part of Clock Town). Deposit the
coins and play the Ocarina of Time. The bank teller has marked you to
remember what he owes you, so your cash stays intact in the bank. However,
the contents of the chest will reset. This is true of all coin chests in the game,
so you can use this trick at any time.
In the West Side of Clock Town is a man who saves your rupees. Get as
many rupees as needed and deposit them. Play the Song of Time and go to
him again. He will still have your rupees. Note: Save the rupees any time
that you need them.

In the Termina field head toward the Milk Road. Near the trees you will be
attacked by a vulture who is ready to steal your Rupees. If you are able to
beat the vulture you will be rewarded with 200 Rupees. Keep doing this
over and over.
Sent in by MagnaMewtwo
First, get the blue rupee wallet or the red one. Get some bottles of Gold dust, and
sell it to the curiosity shop in West Clock Town. It is worth 200 rupees.
Sent in by Kirk
Once you get the light arrows, wait until night on any of the three days and go
to either the Unhealed Ikana Canyon area or the Termina Field. Find a place where
there are two Blue Bubbles close to each other. Every time you shoot one with a
light arrow, it drop 50 rupees. Just keep going back and forth as they reappear.
Sent in by Link Encyclopedia
To the south side of clock town there is a bird that will take your items (you
will want arrows for this, best if you use light arrows but any arrows will do),
run to the road that takes you to milk road. Go in then go out. Do not move
forward or the bird might see you and attack. Take your bow out and attack
the bird. After enough hits (it depends on the arrow your using example: you
will use more arrows than you would you fire or ice arrows and you would use
less light arrows than ice or fire arrows because of the magic amount it uses)
it will spin and fall to the ground. After it burns up it will release a huge rupee
worth 200 rupees. You can also get a huge rupee by trading a moon's tear to
the Deku Scrub in Clock Town, then trade the Town Land Title Deed to the Scrub
in the swamp, the Swamp Land Title Deed the mountain Scrub, the Mountain Land
Title Deed to the Ocean Scrub, and the Ocean Land Title Deed to the Canyon
Scrub, when you give the Ocean Deed to the canyon scrub he won't only give
you his title deed but 200 rupees as well.

When you walk outside to terimina field wait right by the wall. Wait for about
a minute (depends where you are) till you hear a bird squeak. Start looking
around and you should see a bird fly over you. Now go right under the bird
an pull out you instrument. Play any of the three songs for the different
races (Eg. Sonta awakening, Goron lullaby, New wave bossa). Play this song
and the bird will start flying around throwing rubies down. Depending who
you are it will throw different amounts.

Go to the Stock Pot Inn on the first day between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM, and talk to
Anju at the counter for a room key. Go to the middle room on the second floor.
(that's your room) open the chest for 100 rupees. Play the song of time then go back
there, and open the chest again and repeat.
In the Bomber's hideout, when you see water go left and stay against the wall
moving. You'll find out why. Blow up the wall and open the chest.
Warp to the south clock town or find the owl statue, walk to were the guard is,
go through. Then outside go north east (make sure to have rupees on you) you'll see
an odd bird flying by the gate to the ranch, it will steal rupees from you if you
have some or it might steal your possessions like your bottle. Kill this bird (It
takes time so be patient) When it dies a huge rupee will fall. It fills up a wallet
of 200. If you want to be safe when your killing it take out your bow and shoot
it. This is an easy way of getting money to save with that depositing guy!
While using the telescope in the Astral Observatory look almost straight down
and to the left, you will see a man in a tree who appears to be going after 2 red
Rupees. Leave Clock Town using the East exit and go towards the Astral Observatory.
Search the trees for the man and when you find him roll into the tree. The man will
fall down along with the Rupees, grasping his leg he will yell at you for trying to
steal his hard earned stolen money. Gather the Rupees and head back to Clock Town
to either spend them or deposit them in the bank.
You will have obtained the Bunny Hood for this silver rupee. In East Clock Town,
go toward the north end of the area, and on the east wall there will be a ramp that
goes above the Milk Bar. Face southward on the edge of the platform, and jump with
you Bunny Hood on to another stone platform. From that platform, jump onto the sign
above the shop below, and then again to a second stone platform. You should end up
at the south end of East Clock Town. There is a chest containing the silver rupee
further down the platform.
You will have to obtained the Light Arrow to get the 4 silver rupees in Ikana
Valley. Jump in the river that is running through the area, the one that you did
not have to fill back up, and swim westward. There will be a cave where you will
see the Poe Hunter guy and will tell you to fight 4 mini-bosses "to rest their
souls." Every time you beat one of them, a chest will appear containing the silver
rupee.
Go to North Clock Town and go through the exit that has the Guard standing
there. Go outside and there should be the snow mountains in front of, walk forward
until you get to the edge which has snow on the ground, there should a walkway
leading down to snowfield and on the wall of the walkway, they're are some musical
note which are the notes of "Requiem of Spirit" from Legend of Zelda: The Ocarina
of Time. Play those notes and then 3 rubies should come out of a drawin of the Imp
just above the musical note.

4. At about Midnight, Anju will come into the kitchen, talk to her
and get the letter to Kafei.
5. Use the song of double time (right, right, A, A, down, down) to
make it morning of the second day. Put the letter in any mailbox.
6. Wait in the Laundry Pool (place where the stray fairy is) until 3
in the afternoon on the second day and the mail man will show up.

the says "Sakons Hideout. Protected by an impenetrable security
system" or something like that.
13. Check behind the two little rocks stacked up on another to find

follow him to the No Admittance room. Watch the cinema and
when you receive the Couples Mask you will have completed
Anju and Kafei's notebook entry.
16. Now remember the letter to Mama, well you can do 1 of 2
things with it while your waiting for Kafei to return:

this will complete her notebook entry as well as get you a bottle
filled with Cheateau Romani Milk which give you infinite magic for

Night-Vision in Dungeons

This trick works for all area's when you have a MAP. When the area is
dark, look through the blue map that is in the lower left hand corner.
By looking through it you can see everything that you couldn't see in the dark.
Hard-to-Reach box
Sent in by Code Hunter
To find the mystery box, go to East Clock Town. Go to the little Bomber
dude who's guarding the alley. Go to the right and get to the small gape
with the soldier in the bottom, and jump. It's a larger gap them you think,
so you might want to wear the Bunny Hood or something. You'll need it
later. Anyway, go across the gap, and jump a little ways past the first
swirly-eye in the Honey and Darling stand. Jump in the nose (here you
get a good view of East Clock Town.) and jump to the next swirly-eye.
It looks like Link or whats-his-face can't jump on the swirly-eye, but you
can. Jump and climb on, and jump to the ledge to the left of the
shooting-range. Jump to the next ledge. Follow the path to get to the
mystery box. Here is a step-by-step method:
1. Go to the ledge above the gate to the canyon.
2. Jump across.
3. Make sure you land in the nose of the funny-faced man for the Honey and
Darling stand.
4. Jump on his left eye.
5. Jump to a ledge next to the shooting-range.
6. Jump up to the platform behind the big-octo sign.
7. Follow the path to the box.
Location of the bottles
Sent in by Code Hunter
1. The first is from Kotake in the swamp, at the potion shop. Once
you've found her sister in the woods she'll give you a bottle with red
potion to heal her sister.
2. Once you defeat Ghost the Goron race will open. Win to get a bottle
of gold dust.
3. You get #2 by going ghost hunting at Romani's Ranch. If you stop the
ghosts you'll get a bottle of milk.
4. At the West Ocean, you'll need to collect Zora Eggs in bottles, so it
might be good to get this bottle. You get it by finishing the Beavers
two-part waterfall rapids under the time limit.
5. On day 3 after 6:00 PM, wear the captains hat and order the Stal
children in Ikana Graveyard to dig up the grave. Enter the hole, take
your mask off, then guide Dampe around so he digs up all the mounds.
Defeat the Poe to get the bottle.
6. On day 3 deliver Kafei's express mail to his mother, Madame
Aroma, DO NOT give it to the Post Man to deliver it. She'll be at the
milk bar after 6:00 PM. She'll give you a jar with Chateau Romani milk.
