If you destroy the Master in the Cyberzone, you will see these color balls 
fly out of him and the game will take you to a screen that will explain how 
to get to Cyberscape and then you see the credits and your final score. If 
you destroy the Master in Cyberscape, you will see the same color balls 
fly out of him and the game ends. This time, the game will take you to a
screen that says you are the Cyberscape champion. Then it runs the 
credits and your final score. Not much of a different ending in Cyberscape
from the Cyberzone.
