Quake

At the end of Quake you stand by the lava where you defeated the last 
boss and it says something like Congratulations for completing the 
game and now that Nar-Shamana, or whatever her name is, is defeated, 
it is peaceful once again. Then it says to challenge the game on a higher 
level of difficulty.
