When you've blasted all of the Mega-Brain's eyes, the screen shakes 
and flashes brightly. A gray screen appears with this message:
"Congratulations! You have defeated the evil Mega-Brain and destroyed 
the Tangent Empire. You will be remembered as the savior of Galaxy 
TR15 and the ultimate pilot of the SR-88 Strategic Battle Tank." You 
can then enter your initials on the Tank Commanders high-score list, 
after which the game restarts.
