The screen pops up with Wow! all over it and it tells how many levels each 
player made it through and assigns the appropriate number of bonus points, 
then tells how many lives and continues each player had left over and assigns 
the appropriate number of points. Then it says to beat the game and save at 
least one continue to get the ultimate high score. Then it says game over and 
you enter your initials if you scored high enough.
