Snake's Revenge

The following text appears onscreen once Metal Gear 2 is reduced to
scrap: "After completing Operation 747, the UN declared World Peace
Day." After this, the pictures of John Turner and Nick Meyer that were
shown at the beginning of the game when they were introduced, are
shown with this text beside their respective pictures: "John Turner was
reported MIA and was removed from navy records." "Nick Meyer was
promoted 3 ranks after dying while in Fox Hound." Then, as the credits
roll, we see one side of Snake's face, the other apparently concealed
in shadow. At the end of the credits, we see the text, "Presented by
Konami" appear with the Konami symbol next to Snake's face, at which
point we see Snake smile.
