After all chips are played, the CPU counts the chips of both players. 
Afterwards, two different fanfares are played, depending on how you did. If 
you lost (very likely in this game), a sad one plays, and if you won, a happy 
one plays. (This is assuming you are playing a one-player game. If not, you 
always get a happy fanfare.)
