Cobra Triangle

Defeating the shark in stage 24 brings you to "Stage 25," which is really
the game's ending. Where it normally indicates the level's goal (like "Fry
the Monster"), it says "Congratulations." There are five World War II
era military planes crashed in the water--probably the same planes
that flew overhead at the beginning of stage 1. On top of each plane
stands one or two people, waving their hands in the air. Your Speedboat
goes to each plane (you don't control it) and the people jump in. Once
they have all been rescued, your boat's helicopter blades emerge and it
flies away. The credits then play, at the end of which it says: "Thank
you for playing. The End." The high score screen comes up, and then
the game resets.
