Judge Dredd

When you beat the game, it comes up Judge Dredd in a still
frame with two or three other citizens and on the bottom
of the screen is a longish speech in text that Dredd makes.
At the end of the speech is "I am the law and you better 
believe it!".  Then the credits roll and it says "THE END!".
You then post your initials if you have a high score.
