If you get all the racers Anakin will have a max speed of 735 MPH.

When the start clock hits 1, press start till it's paused. Then push
start and A at the same time and you will get a jump start on the race.
Very helpful for pods with low acceleration.
Recharge your pod

To recharge your pod, hold the brake while racing. It my slow your pod
down for a little while, but it could make the difference in the margin of victory.

In the third level of the Tatoonie races there is a shortcut about 1/3 of
the way through the course. It is on the left side of a long plane. It
shaves a good number of seconds off your time!
