Trick with trading with the computer

If you have a game going against the computer and the computer 
won't trade you something you need do this: 

Press select and highlight the computers name. Press A. Go down 
the menu to human hit A, then done. Then do it again except go to 
your name and go to the trade screen. Pick to trade with the 
computer you made a human. Then you can tell the new human to 
give you all the properties and money the have. You don't put in any 
properties or money for your side of the deal. Since you have control 
over the other player the computer can't stop you. Then after you 
do that just go back to the players name again and change it back 
to the computer.
