Someone saves over your game.

I had been playing Terranigna for the Super NES over a period of about 
two months. I had saved my game up to the battle at Dragoon Castle, 
so I was getting close to the end. Then, a few months ago, my sister 
came in, started a new game, and immediately saved over my game 
slot with her game, before she'd even started Tower 1!
