Get a new system but you can't use it.

Once I bought a game, put it in the control deck, pushed the power
button, and nothing happened. I later found out that the cartridge
was blank! I returned it to the store and they replaced it.

I got my first NES with Mario, Duck Hunt, and that track game
(used the power pad). I had waited for it for nearly 3 months for
Christmas. Then when I got it it didn't work (the system was fried).
I had to week one week later to trade it in because of a snow storm.

I saved up about $200 to buy a N64 and when I got it, the Default T.V.
Hookup was incompatible with my Television. I had no extra money to
buy the RF Switch!
