They should put in the spider ball from Metroid 2. It will make your trip
through Mother Brain's chamber a bit easier.

There should be more secrets like an Ultimate suit for Samus that can 
kill those small aliens with a single touch. Or a magic barrier that lets 
you walk on water. A boot that lets you fly for a couple of seconds and 
a weapon that shoots sticky mines.
