Sneak is an enemy that lives in the bonus areas. He would sneak up on you 
and you would have to hit him at least 15 times before he would die. If 
you tried running he would be able to catch up and kill you. Also if you 
jumped inside one of the block things to get something he could also 
jump inside and that would be worse than you running away cause then he would
trap you there and kill you. He won't appear though until you get the 
first item.
