Artery Man is has been put together by Dr. Wiley out of old medical 
supplies. His weapon is called the Blood Beam. It fires a consentrated 
burst of heated blood as he says "Blood Stream" at Mega Man. To evade 
attacks he transforms into a puddle of blood and ooze across the screen 
to go be hind him.
