The Golden Kart would get you to top speed instantly, you couldn't get
bumped out of the way by any body, and it would give you top steering.
The only way to get it is if you beat every race in first under 2 minutes
and get first place every time.

The Balloon Restorer can only be activated in battle mode. The Balloon
Restorer restores up to 2 ballons. If you get hit when having a Balloon
Restorer, none of your balloons pop. The Balloon Restorer is a Blue Turtle shell.
