Video Man is a robot with a TV for a head that creates images on his face 
then make them appear by his hologram gun on his arm. After you kill him 
you should get a hologram gun.

any none major enemy. He would look like the ultimata Robot. He would 
only have one weakens. His Oxegen tank. He would start out With a 
vaporizer. He would be a bull to fly with his jetpack.
